Pretty disappointing to have had to book in so far in advance only to be told a couple of days before our service that they would not look at any warranty issues as they were no longer a Crusader dealer. The female staff member in the office could, in my opinion use some customer service training as her approach was quite appalling. I would certainly be concerned about buying one of their Crusader vans if they are not doing any warranty repairs!!

We picked up are absolutely fabulous Crusader Excalibur Prince last week. The care and attention to detail, professional sales assistance and the answering of all our questions have all been second to none from super sales man Ricky, just such a lovely easy to deal with person we would highly recommend him.
On collection day Ricky greeted us with his usual professional smile and handed us over to Jarrod our expert in detailed handover. Such a lovely bloke his knowledge of our van and the dos and don’ts of the Crusader brand generally was excellent. He was able to give us first hand knowledge of the build process and extra reassurance about the manufacturing process having just returned from a factory visit. No question went unanswered, he was obviously passionate about his job and meeting our needs and more. What a fantastic team thank you Ricky and Jarrod great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you planned of buying Caravans, this is a good place to go. You can choose different types as well. I loved their new Caravans, very nice with small Comfort Room, Laundry, Shower, Bed, Dining, Kitchen, and TV, ranges from 50,000 to 80,000 dollars! There are second hand too if you like!

Understand you think you tried to accommodate us when we arrived on time to our prearranged appointment which was arranged three weeks in advance and in contract, also made wait over an hour sitting in car until van was cleaned and ready. But not to mention I was made to feel like it was my fault when in fact it was the dealerships. I think you need to take responsibility of your mistakes not make the customer feel like it was there’s.

Buying the caravan was a lovely experience but returning to pick up once paid was a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend buying from here. After driving over 1 hour and a half I was told I had the wrong pick up date even though they had booked it in and wrote down date and time for me on the contract. Lady in office need customer service training. The only saving grace was a gentleman called Tom maybe he need to teach office lady some manners.
