This was close to the perfect stay! Stayed in a very large 2 bedroom deluxe suite which was actually a separate building, more like a small house. Very clean and modern throughout. ||Included a kitchen, dining room, lounge room, 2 bedrooms and nice big verandah overlooking park/bush area. Large fridge, microwave, oven top, coffee and tea, bottled water, 2 lounges, dining table, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. ||Parking directly in front of the door (well away from the street).||Comfortable bed, very quiet and a great sleep, good secure Wifi, good air conditioning in each room. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Convenient switches for reading lights.||Great meals can be ordered from a local restaurant and delivered to your room. ||Nice pool and gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Great stay and will definitely be staying again!|

We sought a place in Charters Towers for my mother who has fond memories of the city having only been 4 years old at the time, now 90... Jackpot! Great location - central to the new developments and the old historical buildings of the city, which were of particular interest.
The Motel boasts spacious parking, easy access to rooms, clean, comfortable, quiet (enabling for a great night's sleep) and Pam was both accommodating and hospitable... so much so my mother could have stayed longer! Thanks Pam.. would love to return, perhaps to experience the outdoor deck and pool in Summer.

Efficient ultra-friendly service with clean rooms suitable for singles, couples or families in a quiet location. I had an excellent night's sleep so an ideal stopover before a long drive. Great local knowledge from manager. Pool looked well-maintained and the room had a back sliding door where you could sit on the porch to relax. Large parking spaces right outside room. One thing missing is a bedside lamp. Excellent free WiFi. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean. The dinning room was good ,everything you could need for tea,coffee and cooking were there
Only problem for me was the bed was hard
But that's just me. Other people might like a hard bed. That's the reason for the loss of one star

Visited twice two weeks apart. Location was idea for all the local attractions. It’s a lovely Motel with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Kettle, fridge and hair dryer supplied. Toiletries are also supplied. Communal kitchen with fridge freezer, air fryer, bbq and lots of different beverages to choose from. Laundry available using $4 dollar coins and dryer also for guest use although we used the outside drier. We were made very welcome so we went back for another few nights. If that’s not a recommendation what is? |A continental breakfast tray can be ordered at reception as can meals from a local pub for delivery to your room. We didn’t try these so can’t make comment. Little fenced pool and lovely grounds with fire pits and covered verandah.

The motel was out of town, but that suited us. The unit was very clean and pleasant. And what a pleasure to have not only bedside lights on both sides of the bed but drawers on both sides too. Very well set out. Pam and Mark were lovely to deal with. Very nice people. A great place to stay

Very friendly and easy check-in. Excellent local knowledge by Pam. 2 room family room was found to be clean. Initially I was disappointed that we appeared to have only a kettle and mugs in the room. Upon walking around the property, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was an outdoor kitchen fully equiped with kettles, toasters, a microwave, an electric frypan, air-fryer, coffee machines, a BBQ and an excellent outdoor dining space! Our kids enjoyed splashing in the pool, although the water was cold, they enjoyed their time. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had been modernised. It was maybe 5-10 minute drive to get into town, but I don't think that was an issue at all. Thanks for a comfortable overnight stay!
