Food was awful, probably one of the worst Southern Chicken burger i ever had, and top that with exorbitant prices and barely any other options inside Luna Park, this is deserving of the lowest rating possible.

I got the beef burger and I read the review saying it was horrible, it wasn’t so bad for carnival food… not the best but definitely not the worst.
We got the cheesy fries, it was just simply normal chips (lacked salt), with normal at home grated cheese over the top melted in a microwave. Not like American style melted hot melted cheese poured over the top.

My wife got a pretzel so dry and stale, it was possibly days old. Burger was dry with no meaningful flavour. We also got a corn dog that was chewy/wet batter and falling apart as soon as removed from the wrapper. Chips were passable.

Food is overpriced considering the lack of quality you get. It's a rather common fact that food at fairgrounds/theme parks are nothing to write home about, but this was rather poor.

Depressingly typical overpriced junk food with little care in the quality of food and especially its preparation - yes labour and franchisee/rental costs have to be factored into in a high traffic prime location such as Luna Park, but I think any reasonable person doesn’t mind spending more as long as the quality of food is commensurate. To pay $18 for 2 small drinks and dried out lazily cooked greasy-spoon chips is an absolute disgrace. Seriously it’s not that hard to put some effort into making chips that are edible. I wish I could post a photo (which I’ve taken) but it would offend greatly so best not to!

the line took forever and the chips were not even that good, but also incredibly overpriced for such a small amount. the slushies were $6.50. ridiculous. should of bought uber eats maccas and delivered it to luna park, it would have been cheaper.

They only took cards and I only had cash so I had to make someone buy my chips for me. The staff was good because they gave me gravy and didn't charge me. But the staff seemed like they did not want to be there at all

Highway robbery. 600ml of water $5
I know as a fact coke gives them away.
Food was dry and not fresh. Seriously I sometimes wonder what our health department does with places like these.
Outright criminals.

UPDATE
A formal complaint was lodged in reference to their hygiene issues and stale dry food to North Sydney council to no avail. Council conducted an inspection but could not find any wrong. So I guess all 1 star reviewers are liars so I suggest to all please be careful when eating at this place. Video all concerns and email to north sydney council environmental health. I believe they could only take action when the numbers of complains are high or if someone dies of food poisoning.

Only the chips is ok.
The water price truck as written in other reviews is ridiculous. You easily add a bottle of water at the end and who checks the price to know they got ripped off $5+
