I highly recommend Heartland Meadows Retreat. In fact I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I have been on two retreats now that were one week long and I can't wait to get back there. Jenny does an amazing job of delivering her workshops in a very intelligent and holistic way. It is an educational experience in a relaxing and non judgemental environment. You definitely feel the love at this place and there are plenty of laughs along the way too. Jenny's husband, Dave, does such a great job doing all the behind the scenes work and together they create this amazing and beautiful experience. I attended a weekend retreat and I definitely found it Relaxing, Reviving and Rejuvenating. It was exactly what I needed. Jenny creates a wonderful environment of calm and acceptance. The location is stunning from the night sky to the sunrises.
The workshops I attended provided me with new tools as well as instruction I understand to be able to put them into place with no pressure or judgement.
In addition, the food is amazing (Dave really knows what he is doing in the kitchen). Dave was nice enough to demonstrate how to make the best gluten free bread I have ever eaten.
Also the pool, sauna and sound bed were brilliant.

Comfortable, clean and homely accommodation. Flexible timetable, lots of opportunity to connect with others or have lone reflection time! Jenny's ability to provide group and individual insight and coaching was invaluable. Art therapy was great fun! Worth the visit!

I found me again at Heartland Meadows Retreat.
I'd forgotten who I was, how much joy there was in just being. Being present, being nourished, being heard, being seen, being LOVED. Jenny, Craig, Dave and all the wonderful souls that attended the April 2023 'Heart Essence of Wellness' retreat reminded me of this. Such an amazing experience, the place and the people just radiate love and peacefulness.
The accommodation was perfect, comfortable warm beds, fluffy towels and clean bathrooms. The food was amazing.. SO DELICIOUS! I haven't swam in years, but I loved the warm magnesium pool, especially after a hot sweaty session in the infrared sauna. The property is amazing with beautiful gardens, perfect for watching the sun rise and quiet walks past the horses and the macadamia orchards and through the native bush.
Dave and Jenny were amazing facilitators and I loved all of their workshops, every one I came a way with little gems of wisdom that I could apply to my life.
I loved everything so much I am going back again this weekend.. not even a week later!! I definitely recommend you take the time to make yourself a priority and get to Heartland Meadows so you can find yourself too.. I'll see you there!!

Heartland meadows is an incredible healing space.
I've attended 3 times and each experience has had enormous impact on my well-being being both mind & body.
The costs are unbelievable for what Jenny & Dave offer.
The food is divine not to mention the infra-red suana and magnesium pool.
You certainly won't be disappointed once you've attended you'll want to keep going back.

Heartland Meadows is the most special place, I have attended two retreats here and felt so safe, supported and nurtured. The location and physical facilities are paradise but the real gems are Jenny & Dave. The thought and care that is put into each retreat and everything on offer is beyond what you could expect. The food is wholesome and delicious and the workshops are educational and completely soul nourishing.
