The best 👌🏽. Unlike other mall massage places. This is by far the best of them all. I have been twice. One with a man and then an old lady. Both have served me well. Very strong and got all my niggles out. Walked out sore but pain free. I live in Brisbane so I'm sad that I only get to come unless I'm working in the area.

Went for a back, neck & shoulder massage with reflexology.
Firstly you are given one towel which is not big enough to cover your body, appropriate draping is not a thing as I seemed to be exposed a lot and the girl ‘massaged’ way higher up my inner thigh than needed or appropriate.
The massage itself was a nice firmness when she was on my muscles but not so much on bone - she didn’t seem to have an awareness as to the body and where to and not to press - continually pressing firmly on my bones including spine and hips, wrists and around ankles/tops of feet. Also pressed firmly on back of knees. I did advise her a few times due to safely.
Foot massage was just that, not reflexology, and was the most unpleasant foot massage experience I have ever had. I think I left more tense because of it.
Girl seemed pleasant enough as a person but appears to have had no formal training. The crazy thing is I was asked if it was through private health afterwards when it was not a remedial massage and they didn’t even taken my name let alone give an assessment or ask about problem areas.
As a fellow massage therapist it’s disappointing when places operate with such poor quality service.

Been a couple of times now for remedial massage and have been lucky enough to have Kim work on me. She helped me greatly with some sciatic pain that I’d been experiencing as well as normal knots and muscle tension. Highly recommend.

I have now had 2 massages with Kim and wouldn’t go anywhere else, I live 4 hours north and when I needed to get in this weekend, Kim ensured she could fit me in. I have suffered from chronic back 0
Pain & sciatica and after a 90 massage, I was up and about walking 3 klm the next day.
She knows her stuff and has a way of finding every little knot and finishes with a beautiful hot stone rub. Thanks again Kim, look forward to seeing you in the next month.

Went and paid $65.60 for a remedial massage (after BUPA discount) and it was the WORST massage I have ever had. Of any kind. I literally paid the money for a “masseuse” to rub oil on my back and legs for an hour. There was no pressure or release of knots and tense muscles and I was waiting for the remedial part to start. It didn’t. I felt worse leaving as I was physically still in pain and crying because I paid all that money for nothing. There was NO remedial in that room and I would recommend NEVER going there. I am so upset I am contacting BUPA refuting the service and asking for a refund.

Have to say never step foot in this place. I went for remedial massage $85 and got a little old lady splash alot of oil around and that's where it finished. Don't know how they can keep there doors open. Then they couldn't process my health fund so had to do it manually but there client number would not come up on MBF and they will not help. The phone number on their receipt never answers. It would be good if they could speak any sort of English. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!
