I got a 60 minute remedial message and it was great, I should have booked a longer appointment. The therapist was great, applied the perfect amount of pressure and focused on areas of concern. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are tucked away towards the back on the store so you don't hear the foot traffic of the local shops as much, the rooms are spacious as well so the therapist has room to move around you, making your experience better. After my message I was greeted with a green tea and chocolate, which was a wonderful way to finish my experience.

I recently had a spa relaxation service and was not informed or consulted about having a male therapist. While I had no personal issue with it, it significantly impacted the quality of the service I received. Aside from my upper back, the entire massage was performed over a towel, which left me feeling as though my skin had been excessively rubbed rather than relaxed.

In contrast, my friend, who was treated by a female therapist, received a full-body massage with oils and hot towels, including attention to her arms and hands. I did not receive the same level of care or treatment, which was very disappointing.

As a returning customer, this was the first time I’ve experienced such poor service, especially under the new management. It was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Excellent service! I had a remedial massage with Leo and he was excellent with his massage, felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend Health First at Mt Ommaney to everyone, it’s an experience.

Just had the most amazing experience with beautician Demi. My husband and I had the head spa treatment. It was the best treatment I think I have ever had. From start to finish everything was wonderful. The front reception was awesome as well in fitting us in at a last minute request.
If I had to fault anything it would be I didn’t want it to end. We definitely will be back.

Very professional and friendly staff. I had the best remedial massage! My massage therapist was so thorough and I felt so relaxed. She checked in with me about pressure and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend going here!

I've had many massages in many places and very few have been as good as this! My therapist was thorough and attentive. He asked regularly if I was ok as he has to knead deep to release the knots. I walked out feeling loose and relaxed. The staff were lovely, the ambience was relaxing. Highly recommended.

Attended for dry needling. Staff were nice, knowledgeable and on time. However the therapist left the room multiple times during the session and felt exposed during her entry/exit (probably normal, but was my first time so can't really comment). When the needles were in my back the therapist left the room again and my skin became increasingly hot to the point of burning (sensation as if you left your hand on a stove which was burning hotter and hotter). I felt like my lower back was on fire. I called out for the therapist as I lay in the room and had to call out about 5 times before she came back in. It was so very scary and I was unable to move due being told to stay still while needless were inserted. I was unaware this was a possible side effect. Therapist came back in, took them out and the burning went away. First half of the experience was good but the needling part left me quite shaken up and I left almost in tears. Recommend going with someone so they can callout for help if needed or have the therapist remain in the room.

The presentation and professionalism of this place is immaculate. While it may be slightly higher cost compared to others around, it’s worth it for the above and beyond service and expertise. At the time it was easy to walk in and book for two, but visibly it looked busy so would recommend booking.
