Saw Anna and her team for the first time last week. Was a much needed post house move treat. Anna was so helpful from booking to end. She was accommodating to my appointment change, very helpful when I was struggling to locate the premises and made me feel like a very important customer the second I walked in. It was the best smelling room, perfect music and lighting and wonderful heated mats. Tea was incredible. The best ambiance I have experienced in Sydney in the past 10 years. She has wonderful promotions and is just a lovely person all around. 10/10 will recommend to everyone and will be back with my family and friends.

Had the urban escape treatment which was an aromatherapy massage and a facial which included a steam eye mask. I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed! The massage was fantastic and products used for facial were really soothing and high quality (I have super sensitive skin so am always afraid of facials). The team were friendly and professional, will definitely be back!

The massage itself was exceptional—truly the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, professional, and vanessa my massage therapist made 45 minute package a truly enjoyable experience. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high-quality service provided. If you’re looking for an outstanding massage, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

We recently visited Healix Spa for a much-needed family retreat and it exceeded all our expectations! The Mommy Bliss package was absolutely relaxing which melted away months of tension whilst the facial left my skin feeling pure for days afterward.

My husband raved about his deep tissue massage and said it was the perfect pressure and targeted his upper body problem areas from hours at the desk.

They even accommodated our little one with a gentle baby massage. The owner Anna was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about their craft and our therapist Lisa was skilled, professional, and clearly trained in traditional massage techniques that felt authentic and effective.

They had a single therapy room which was clean and had a soothing, peaceful ambiance. I also loved the thoughtful touch of serving herbal tea before our treatments - such a nice way to start the relaxation.

Overall, our experience has been so rejuvenating and I hope to be back for their other packages!
