I had amazing experiences during all three of my sessions I’ve gotten the pleasure to have. The staff listen and are attentive to your needs. Thomas has amazing pressure and asked all the right questions before the session began. Keshni was a very positive vibe and made the experience very comfortable as well. Ulysses and the one hour spa were my favorite, but don’t forget to add a facial to make it that much more relaxing. Highly recommend spending some time at the spa!

Just had the most amazing massage with the very lovely Keshni. I requested a firm massage as I had a few knots that needed to be sorted and she did a brilliant job with them. A beautiful and relaxing location, followed by a fabulous lunch in the restaurant, this was truly a wonderful experience.

My husband and I booked for the Ulysses experience and were so excited. We specifically picked the Healing Waters Spa Ulysses treatment for the mud spa. Unfortunately my husband ended up with really red marks on his face from too much pressure from the facial, the mud was just powdered dirt added to water that came to our knees and when we expressed our dissatisfaction we were eventually emailed with 50% our next spa. We are so saddened by our experience that we will never return and do not recommend the experience at all. It is so expensive and we do not feel like we were cared for.

We feel like the experience was falsely advertised. We had a lot better experience staying elsewhere and are lucky we only went there for the spa and didn’t stay in the accomodation because we rated the experience so poorly.

Do not waste your money here.

I had the river stone massage. 90 minutes of pure bliss. Probably one of the best massage treatments I have ever had. Keisha was wonderful. I left floating on a cloud. Thank you.

I was SO excited to visit this spa. My husband said his was the best massage he's had. Mine was possibly the worst. It was painful. Not in a deep pressure type way but painful. She kept pinching my shoulders for some reason and it really hurt, her nails were long so I would feel scratches, it didnt feel like there was enough oil, at a point she put pressure on my nose so I couldnt breathe, and it was just really rapid movement with no sense of care or purpose. It's been a few hours since my massage and my neck and shoulders hurts now so I'm going to book a massage elsewhere in hope that it'll help. It was a sad ending to our stay at Silky Oaks but I am glad that my husband had such a good experience

Absolutely fabulous experience at the Spa. I had the Salty Glow and Jungle Flower facial. Both beautifully executed by Georgia. I have never felt so relaxed in a spa - an ideal way to recover from jet lag! Thank you - all the team are lovely and very caring.
