3.5 stars at best. Very cold environment, the masseuse was very clunky in her movements (e.g just throws the hot towel on your back , transitioning from different body parts was not smooth/relaxing), can hear workers on their break chatting. Keeping the customers' needs in mind is not a priority at this place.

Staff Fell asleep and used phone during massage. The ladies were nice and friendly. However I asked for reflexology foot massage I could barely feel it and I asked stronger pressure .. it lasted her 2 seconds and she kept on falling asleep during my massage. I then had a body massage and she would non stop pause would be really difficult to enjoy from the really minimum effort massage and she forgot to put her phone to silent and when she did the text messages vibration kept buzzing next to my head. She was mostly only giving me a massage with one hand most the time never experienced such minimal effort I believe other hand was for texting and watching things on her phone
