The Ganbanyoku experience at Paddington is a MUST! Much gentler than a sauna and more relaxing. The tea that is available afterwards leaves you feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing. This is a unique place, great value for money and excellent service. I cannot find anything comparable to this concept anywhere else - if only there were more branches of Healing House around the country. Thank you. I hope to return!

Been to the Teneriffe one plenty of times but my first time to the Paddington one today. I've had the occasional massage elsewhere due to gift cards and other circumstances but can honestly say nowhere else compares to the people who work at the healing house!
Always the best massages I've ever had at either one! Highly recommend them!!

This was just what my body needed as I was feeling completely fatigued and stressed. I have to say this was and excellent massage one of the best for a long time. I had medium pressure from my masseuse and she sort the aches and pains. Thank you to the lovely ladies who run this excellent place. Keep up the good work. We will back again
