I had such a beautiful experience here yesterday! From the moment we walked in, Nedal was so warm and welcoming. My mum and I booked the Mum and Me package, and we both left feeling incredibly relaxed and happy.

The spa itself is absolutely stunning—so thoughtfully set up, with a calm, intimate vibe that makes you feel instantly at ease. It’s such a welcoming and peaceful space, perfect for truly unwinding and disconnecting from the outside world.

We were treated to tea, comfy slippers, and even received a lovely goodie bag at the end of our treatment. The package itself was amazing—I’ve never come across anything like it. It included so much, lasted a generous amount of time, and was offered at such a great price. It truly felt like incredible value for what we received.

What really stood out was how thorough and meticulous Nedal was with every little detail. She took her time with each step, never rushing, and you could tell how much passion she has for what she does. Her deep knowledge of the products she uses and the care she puts into every treatment made the whole experience even more special.

Everything about the experience felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly relaxing. I would definitely come back, and I genuinely recommend you experience Nedal’s services at least once — you won’t be disappointed!

From the moment you walk in, the relaxing experience starts. I was given slippers, I was offered tea or coffee, drank a hibiscus tea, and I got to choose from a range of scents for my head spa treatment. Nedal was so lovely and made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be going back!

Took my mum there for a Mother’s Day Mum and Me package and must I say it was the absolute best. From the minute we walked in Nedal was sweet and welcoming. We were offered freshly made chamomile with jasmine and also some little biscuits.

The actual spa was even better. A relaxing room with amazing warm aromas, dim lights and really warm blankets. Nedal made sure that we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. The treatments used in our hair left us speechless at the quality.

Everything she uses is organic, vegan and chemical free to suit all skin types. The head and body massages were 100% necessary and so comforting. The blow drying treatment was great with a nice little chit chat. We purchased her leave in treatment spray and her intense hair mask to continue the great results. We received little goodie bags before leaving and advice to help our hair in the future.

Long story short I will be back again and again because you will not get quality like this everywhere. Thank you very much Nedal❤️

Booked in a head spa for my wife for her birthday and she came back so relaxed. Nedz was so friendly over messages and helped me with the booking process because I usually do not do this. My wife was very happy after her appointment and will need to book her in again soon.

Took my mum today, and what an amazing experience she received. My mum was over the moon with the services and how detailed Nedal was with the spa treatment. Have book a few different spas for mum and she’s said this by far is the best she’s ever experienced.
Would 100% recommend this to any females searching for a Japanese Head Treatment.
