We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at Hawkesbury function centre. And trust me it was the best decision. Everything was just perfect. Decor, food ,ambience and specially management. They made sure everything was served to perfection.
Once we booked them, they took over everything and and managed it so well. Every one praised the food and the variety they offer.

A beautiful venue for a well organised function. We had our baby shower at hawkesbury function centre.everything was osm , food was tasty, few extra setups provided at no cost. I give it 7 star out of 5.

Hawkesbury function is a great place for a party .We recently hosted our son’s first birthday at the Hawkesbury function centre .We are extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail we got from the organisers. The owner is very friendly and approachable and gave a personal touch to the entire function. Food was excellent in terms of taste, variety n quantity. Our Guests thoroughly enjoyed the food n the whole Ambiance of the function Center . Plenty of parking as well.
Highly recommended to Anyone looking to host a successful n memorable party!

We had our wedding reception at Hawkesbury Function Centre and the staff is really friendly and polite.I am so glad that we picked up Hawkesbury function centre for our event. Mr Ken is very friendly and approachable. Even the staff recognised us on second event. Highly recommended place for your family events and weddings. DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDINGS HERE

I honestly thought this would be a perfect place for a wedding but after all trouble my wife and I had I wouldn’t wish that for anyone else.

The biggest thing we had was the bathrooms flooded and when our guests spoke to the plumber he stated that it was because they don’t empty their sewage tanks when they are supposed to.

We haven’t received our accommodation voucher/travel voucher or our photo-booth photos from the wedding.

The management (Ken) there is almost impossible to get into contact with so trying to organise anything is very difficult.

We paid for several things that were not included
- tea and coffee
- Champagne
- espresso martini bar was not served for the 1st hour we paid for

Please avoid this place for weddings.

What a wonderful place it is whether its a birthday party of 60 people or a wedding event of 200, this place can have all. Yes its not new and very fancy but you wont regret for a single penny for hosting your event here. Food is by Mithai junction and that should itself speak volumes for its quality and cherry on the cake is Ken , the ma who manages everything here. He is one person who is just incredible to talk and deal to. He listens to everything and tries to accomodate your request even till last moment. Basic decor they give for tables is beautiful and they got contact for all other party necessities. Only 1 downside was external speaker and mic that Ken arranged as it wasn't at par the standards of this magnificent venue. Definitely away from city rush but that makes this place even more special.

Nice place. But in the middle of nowhere! Ambience is ok! Food is great and was served in big portions! Service was very pleasant and welcoming! Overall great experience!

Worse Cutomer services as I experienced. You will regret if you organise events in there. Overall, not recommended at all.

I attended on weeding as a guest.

Eyewitnesses issues:
A. Safety issues: dragging his vehicle inside the compound and made dusty where weeding activities was performing by owner ( Claimed himself, a man with long beard, jeans holes on knees, very poor appearance) nearly hit visitors, opened the gate with full of anger around 0830 hrs.
The owner was presented with nil politeness : verbally and physically aggressive with guest host representative. Though representative was politely requesting to fix the Issues about the insufficient meals as committed to provide. His approach were threatening during the lunch time.

B. False sitting arrangements: capacity of one table is max 7 people but organised 13 tiny chair for lunch and dinner. Not enough sitting spot though expected visitors not attended. Guest were sitting on the floor and having lunch. Guest were far less than booked.

C. Not enough food provided as committed: only half of the visitors got on tray food. On tray meal for dinner was setting up to provide on each table. Sitting were for 13 guest, but served 7 pieces on small plates, 6 persons on average did not get to taste the food on tray, didn’t provide extra plates though requested.

D. False claim for the number of plates ( lunch): guests were 120 for lunch, he counted 150 guest which was false as we counted multiple times as food were not enough!

E. Double plates charges: I heard host representative requested to put small plates or disposable bowl for desert but Owner refused to put, so guest uses big plates and counted full plates for payment. Cost for the host is doubled up!

F. Not enough waiters: waiters were professional but was rushing to arrange food.

G. Food were not available during the lunch and dinners on the main Tray. Very bad organised.

H. No enough water available to drink. No drinking water tap. Temperature was around 35 degree Celsius.

I. Hazard: on the foot path inside the compound, there were multiple pipe holes, several kids and adults tripped over and injured.
J. False hall capacity: sitting capacity inside the hall is not more than 200 guest, but booked for 320 guests. Though there we 248 guests, there were no place for sitting and enough way to get food and drinks.

K. No rubbish bin provided for guest in proper place.

Positives: quiet area, enough parking space, big compound, nice buildings layout.
