Iv been visiting massage shops for over 20 years and Hawaii massage shop is the absolute best massage iv ever experienced 5 ✴️ Jenny from Vietnam is like a physiotherapist. Her knowledge and skills can relieve body aches n pain. You can feel her experience and knowledge through her magic hands. Jenny is very sensual and very accommodating with her massage and a joy to spend a hour with. Absolute 5✴️ . Please note that Hawaii massage is now under new management and the service at the 2 establishments Coolangatta and Tweed Heads are a credit to lilly the new owner 5✴️😍.

Terrible massage don't waste your money.

Edit. For your clarification. ACCC States:
The consumer guarantees require service providers to use an acceptable level of care and skill. They must perform as well as an average person in their trade or profession would. Service providers must also take reasonable steps to avoid causing you loss or damage.

A service has a major problem when it:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
is substantially unfit for its purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time
does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
creates an unsafe situation.

Offering rub and tugs, using one limp hand to massage , slipping over and falling mid massage from lack of skill and old age is all of these.

I would like to inform anyone who would like a refund to contact their bank for a charge back as I have done for your refund. And to report to QLD fair trading as I have also done.

I suspect this place is not normally for genuine massages so when asked to give a foot massage they didn’t appear to know what to do. Not good

Have been here to the Hawaiian remedial massage centre several times and found the ladies there to be very professional and well trained in deep tissue massage
Every session I’ve had there has been amazing
And the manager , Lily , has a lovely smile
