You can’t judge from the outside of the building , once upstairs it is very relaxing , hot rocks massage and Vichy shower by
Terry or Penny are the best

Third time I've been here and I've loved every visit. I've tried out the spa and sauna, Vichy shower with body scrub and the oil massage. We get privacy and the service is great! Best value I've seen. Terry is also very accomodating and friendly. He massaged me himself. I'm a very small 5ft, 50kg girl and he walked on my back - it wasn't too heavy or painful whatsoever. If anything, I felt a lot better than before I walked into Haven. I had a great massage. This place has all the necessities, its clean and he also provides snacks and drinks. I 100% recommend and I will definitely be back! Not worth paying double the cost for the same service in a fancy hotel or location in the city.

Omg ? best massage I have had in years! We came down on holidays for a few nights and really wanted a massage. Found these guys on google and I could not be happier with the service. Staff were super friendly and they sure know their stuff. My husband and I are tempted to drive from Brisbane down here just to get a massage. Would highly recommend them for massages.

At the end of the day, you do get what you pay for. There is nothing outstanding about this place, it's all very average. And what can I say about Terry, well...he certainly does like his black stubby shorts! If you're after any kind of "couples" experience, it ends when the massage starts. I wasn't able to relax with my partner in the other room being massaged by Terry. I couldn't honestly recommend the experience. The massage from Terry was great, mine was average at best. Perhaps the value of this place is just in the massages, as it's not worth the extra dollars for anything else.

I enjoyed my time at haven spa. While not the most professional in appearance or manner terry is a genuinely nice bloke. He went out of his way to accommodate my 8 mnths old who tagged along and the massage he gave me was amazing. I had no problem with him walking on me he was very gentle. I do agree however that a little more attention could go in to the general cleaning.
Overall if you are a down to earth aussie you'll like it.

I didn't like anything, we were there on time and the photos they had on Groupon were massages near a lovely pool. Well there was no pool there. It was dark and a dirty place. The shower had soap there that had pubic hair on it. The owner Terry was there he looked like a dirty old man. I went with a girl friend and he was suppose to massage one of us and we refused. He wanted to walk on our back as part of the massage, we said no thanks because he looked like a pretty big guy and would end up breaking our back. There was lots of signs up saying no sex on the premises. Terry was hovering around every where we were. It wasn't a relaxing experience at all.

I just want to say a very big Thankyou Terry you are amazing ? I thoroughly loved my pamper package this afternoon.
I absolutely love this place and 100% recommend it to anyone. I have been and had numerous massages at Haven spa by Terry who gives great service, is always pleasant, friendly, professional and by far gives the best massages and spa treatements I've ever had. I always walk away feeling like a million dollars....
