I ordered a gift card for my sisters birthday, unfortunately I made an error not knowing the WA area at all and purchased it in an area no where near where my sister lives! It's at least a 2 hour drive. I am in Brisbane so have no idea of the localities over there and I also cant use the voucher. I called this salon on Monday and explained my error and asked if they could refund me. Left my details and was told someone would call me back.
Two days later I call again, only to be told it's their policy to not do refunds. Now, I totally understand policies, however there are always exceptions and the company could easily make a decision case by case to refund this purchase. No service has been carried out, I'm not returning products, a simple gift voucher is all. I am repeatedly told they wont refund, after being put on hold to talk to her manager. Then I ask to speak to the manager myself and was told she was with a client so she cannot take a call. Blatant lie as I was put on hold for her to talk to the manager.
Terrible customer service. I would not recommend at all if this is how they treat people over the phone.
We're only human, we make mistakes. It is not costing them anything. Be DECENT!

I noticed the spa (8/3/24 10am) when walking past, it seemed quite well decorated and welcoming. However when I opened the door the first thing I noticed was that it was freezing! I approached the counter and the girl there was very unwelcoming and didn't properly acknowledge me. Straight away I felt I was an inconvenience to her and I wanted to leave. I asked her for a price list and left.

I will not be booking an appointment after my experience.

I had a signature facial on NYE and it exceeded my expectations!. It was such a peaceful environment and felt so luxurious. The facial was the best I have had in a very long time using such good quality products. I will certainly be driving from Perth to Mandurah just to go again! My skin was absolutely glowing a couple days later and still is. The massage between the facial treatments was amazing and the uttermost care was taken for my comfort. I couldn’t recommend the haven more!

My best friend and her daughter had the absolutely perfect start to our birthdays. All 3 of us had fabulous facials, the salon is a beautiful tranquil setting and the staff were all wonderful & very professional. Special thanks to Abbi, Gemma & Louise for their exceptional customer service. They also provided a scrumptious platter for us to snack on after in the relaxation room. We all floated out of there feeling very relaxed and special. Highly recommended.

I had a 1hr massage with Tayah today. Genuinely felt so relaxed, she was so kind and did such a great job. I feel so refreshed now, and the little tea and snack at the end was such a cute touch. Would happily recommend Haven and Tayah to anyone 😊😊

I’ve been coming to this salon since January and have always had the most amazing treatments done! The staff are so warm and welcoming that I actually look forward to having my waxing done. Massive thank you to Natalie who has been doing my dermoblading and facial treatments my skin is absolutely glowing, and also a huge thanks to Skylah for my eyelash extensions you are a very talented caring young lady who has done an amazing job! The massages are so relaxing also! I love entering the relaxation room to enjoy a massage in the chair whilst waiting for your beautician. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and give such a calming atmosphere that it’s so easy to fall asleep and truly enjoy being pampered. Highly recommend this awesome salon.

This salon has become a chop shop your in and out without any care
The second-rate quality of the treatments performed by staff that seem to be just doing their best to keep their heads above water are very disappointing, leaving you with much to be desired and cause wonder for what on earth is happening in this place after a complete changeover in staff in the last six months
The upper management have plainly ignored feedback from guests and have continued to let the standard drop well below what should be acceptable
The cleanliness or lack thereof is dreadful there should not be dust bunnies in a room that is likely used daily
Shame as it used to be such a great place

“If it wasn’t for the amazing staff and their treatments at the haven I would be leaving 1 stars
The receptionist who I am lead to believe is the owners daughter? On her personal mobile out the front of the salon yelling down the phone is not a good look at all she is not wearing a uniform and has no makeup on, when she decides to walk back into the salon she speaks dismissively to the beautiful staff members who are trying to do their jobs to best of their ability. She butted in mid conversation with my beautician to try and push a product sale and take over my payment and rush me out of the salon when I said I had purchased products the week prior
I have been a regular loyal client of the salon for many years and it has been disappointing to see the dynamic of the haven change over the last few months resulting in some of the best therapists resigning, one can only assume she is the reason for this.
However all of this aside, once in the treatment room you are taken away to another world, the rooms are decorated beautifully and the lighting is just perfect you don’t hear any of the noise from the shopping Center which is quite surprising.
Professional touch and the most divine massages and facials I’ve ever come across in the many salons I have visited 🙂
Keep up the good work girls and hold your heads high knowing you are the best beauticians out there”

Had my eye brows tattooed first appointment 5th February, made a second appointment for 4th March this was cancelled due to staff member leaving and new staff member who will be part time didnt work Fridays or Saturdays so i made another appointment for Thursday 14th April only to get a telephone call a few weeks later to say this part time worker was not going to work Thursdays either anymore.
When i said this was the only time i could make it as i live in Wagin i was told i will see if staff member can come in...
However i received a telephone call the morning of the 14th cancelling my appointment yet again as staff member was not well I was already on the road to Mandurah. I was very upset and annoyed.
When i got to the Haven the Manager apologised and yes she felt bad about this but what can she do i said i wanted my money back and i would go elsewhere all she would do was offer me another service which i didnt want.
I would not recommend the Haven to anyone unless you want appointments cancelled on you and have to keep rearranging your time.
My eye tattoo is terrible and i really needed the second appointment to put it right
