Fantastic service. The quickest my nails have ever been done, but suprisingly the best job done ever. Eftpos machine was down, so had to withdraw money from ATM. The lovely lady even reimbursed me for the ATM fee charged. Highly recommended.. A+++

First time seeing Bree. She did an amazing job on my nails! So friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Very happy with the results. Had a great experience, definitely will be a returning client. 😊👍

Booked in for gel nails, I specifically asked if they did gel, not gel polish. I turn up to my appointment and am greeted with a glare as if I didn’t belong, put that aside and sign in and the technician starts to prepare my nails and she asks what I want - I explain and show a picture of what I want and she proceeds to tell me that it would not look good on my natural nail and I explain I wanted extensions and to which I am told that gel can only be applied to the natural nail and not extended as it is not strong enough and can only extend the nail with acrylic, I have no idea why as it was stated that she has experience in both acrylic and gel. I asked if I could then have acrylic and she tells me she doesn’t have the time, as I am leaving she starts laughing at me with another technician in front of a customer for wanting extensions. I have never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour & would not recommend.

Yes you are right I wrote down the wrong time but that's not the reason I gave you a 1 star review.
I gave you a 1 star review because you didn't offer to rebook me you glared at me & my 4 year old daughter and said what do you want I said I'm here for my appoiment you said should have been on time then and went back to looking at your phone. you are very rude and that is why I gave you 1 star if I could I would give you 0 for the way you spoke to me I don't get my nails done very often and was happy to come back another time but you didn't even offer. Would not recommend. Not professional.

Havachat nails was a very welcoming experience for me as I was new the neighbourhood and was invited in with open arms and the nails I got wher just amazing so happy with job and product will definitely be back as on going customer
