A hidden Cave at the back of the property which is included when you hire out the cabin. It is a well decorated place, and the landlord and owner is on site and very friendly. You feel very close to nature, and I would definitely recommend a stay. The house is well equipped, with lots of different rooms. The highlight is definitely the scenery, and the gigantic cave which is down the long walk.

My partner chose this venue for my 50th birthday. I can not recall a more memorable time or experience. Truly unique and breathtaking. The lodge is so wonderfully cosy...hand built by Mark the place exudes character and poise, all topped off by a family of wallabies and a cheeky king parrot.
The host Mark is incredible...the escorted walks to watch the sunset from the Ridge followed by moonrise in the opposite direction and the guided talk about the history of the cave... And oh my... The cave... This is the most incredible place I have ever seen... Wonderfully equipped with carefully constructed access and amenities (Mark is a genuine genius). Camping mattresses and snugly sleeping bags meant that I got to bed down next to the camp fire at the end of my birthday celebrations and wake up to birdsong and breezes. Bedding down in an ancient cave was an amazing way to put my meagre 50 years into perspective.
A venue so breathtaking as to be virtually indescribable and hospitality so warm and uniquely welcoming... Only downside is having to leave and return to civilisation.

Amazing property with lots of fun things to do. The owner has really thought of everything people need to a good time at the house. The fireplace in the cave is something special too.

Nearby Dargan Dam is stunningly beautiful and refreshing and you can jump off the cliffs.

The hideout is a fantastic space with a great set up (I could of stayed swaying on the swing forever) and Mark (owner) is friendly and delightful. I hope to return for a linger visit
