I am a regular customer and to date no issues. I booked an appointment. Arrived, paid and then waited on the table for 18 minutes before being told the person I booked with was not available and a different person would be available in another 15 minutes. They tried to stop the therapist I booked with halfway through a treatment with another person. Not OK. Understandably they were upset and insisted their original therapist return. This is why there is a booking system. Follow it. Unable to wait, I had to leave. Total waste of my time.

The massage I received was 90% elbow molestation. Repeatedly told her te pressure wasn't good, and I was waiting the entire time for her to use her hands, but she kept jamming her arms into my back. The next day all the muscles in my back hurt, and I can't believe I paid for that. The tea was good, though.

Honestly one of, if not the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Now I’m a regular and haven’t bothered to try anywhere else as they are so good at Hatta. Deep tissue with hot stones and oils, bliss.

Probably one of the best massages in my life! Wow! ❤️

My therapist Pat is so super skilled. Great pressure, calming energy, and my 1.5h deep tissue massage felt like bliss. Lots of small details they pay attention to e.g complimentary hot stone (LOVED it), great massage sequence, nice tea after massage, lovely and happy staff.

I have been coming here for years after trying other massage places on Bondi Road and Bondi Junction. The massages are consistently good. The staff are lovely, professional and well trained in massage. The place is clean. The staff pay attention to you, so if you say not too hard, they listen. Highly recommend.

I had the most blissful massage given by Pat the other day. It kinda felt like she had 4 hands!! Such great pressure and listened to the areas that I needed massaged. Thank you Pat!! I have also tried other massage parlours in Bondi and the city and this one is up there with the best for the value.
