Our meals at the Hotel were absolutely beautiful. I have DF/GF, chilli and other food allergies. The chef & staff ensured everything on my plate was DF, GF & chilli free. The food was fabulous. It was nice to be able to have a normal meal 'out' that fit my dietary requirements. Thank you.

Our meal last night left us gobsmacked. An hour & a half to get our ordered meals, yes it was busy, but when our meals arrived they were cold & served with our entrees. The entrees were not cooked & the mains were cold. A table of 10 got our meals 30 minutes apart, so some had finished before others had been served. Will not be going back for something we could cook better at home for at least half the cost. This pub used to be known for great food but we were sadly disappointed last night.

Last time I was here was a few years ago. Passing through recently they've had a total reno; a big open kitchen serving well priced meals, decent coffee, a bright family friendly atmosphere with a playground and baby changing facilities. Great place to stop and have a break while charging the Tesla.

2 stars for the food. -3 for service. We had lunch here. Right when entering we were told to leave the bar as we had two kids with us. We did not know that orders were taken in the room next to the bar. I asked two members of staff if we could sit somewhere inside as it was a rainy and cold day. No. We would have left again if we had not already ordered. It was lunchtime, not evening! No go. Pencils for kids around but nothing to draw on to. Would not come back and not recommend for families.

Stopped by the Harwood Hotel while charging our Tesla and decided to stay for lunch—what a great decision! This pub is a gem located right on the Clarence River. The kids had an absolute blast in the massive play area, and we loved the beer garden, which has great views and is perfectly positioned so we could keep an eye on the kids.

The food was absolutely epic. We tried the ribs, chicken wings, S&P squid, parmy, and salads, and every single dish was a winner. Everyone in our group was raving about how good their meals were. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience.

Honestly, this was one of the best pub lunches I've had in a very long time. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and stop by—you won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

I visited the Hotel twice on a Tuesday, first to use the Tesla Superchargers in the middle of the day and then returned for dinner with four other family members. The charging process was quick and efficient and I just had time for a nice flat white in the pub cafe. We returned from Yamba for dinner expecting to be seated inside due to heavy rain, but the 11 km trip from our resort saw the ring dissipate and then stop as we got close to Harwood. I opted for a nice Japanese beer with my capricosa pizza and salad that I shared with my partner. The pizza was superb.

Absolutely fabulous meals here...the Chef has talent ++. Fresh, tasty...the prawns were superb. Size of meals plentifu and with such flair! We WILL be back. Service great...just nice people!

We went for a birthday lunch. We had a cake which we left in the kitchen while we had our meal. When we went to get the cake the kitchen was closed. None of the for warned us. Meals ok but a little on the high side for a pub meal.
