Had a chance to participate in a retreat here. Beautiful natural surroundings and quiet and peaceful. Facilities are basic but good value for money along with the meals. Meals are basic too. I would just request the ladies at the kitchen to smile a little. They seem annoyed at all times.

We booked the Chapel at Hartzer Park for our son's April wedding. Cathy was polite, friendly, accommodating and professional. She and one of the nuns went above and beyond to make sure everything went very smoothly. They provided a room for the groomsmen to wait in, they made sure the lights and heating were turned on, they provided a car parking attendant and signage. We had a flower installation over the archway at the entrance of the Chapel and Cathy and her team said they would take it down for us after the wedding. The staff at Hartzer Park couldn't have done more for us to ensure the smooth running of our wedding and for that we are extremely grateful.

Hartzer Park is such a special place to retreat, whether you're going solo or with a group.
The hermitage studio was wonderful—comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. The chapel is a beautiful space for quiet reflection, and the grounds are a delight to wander. Highly recommend!! 💚

Plenty of parking onsite. Medium size chapel with plenty of room. I was able to film from the choir gallery. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Just love Hartzer Park, the architecture (that staircase!) and the beautiful gardens. So peaceful! But beware of the cat!

Beautiful grounds and the perfect spot for a silent Retreat. The rooms and facilities are all good and the food was great. We were very well fed. Staff are wonderful too and always respectful of trying to maintain a sense of silence.
