The rooms are in two styles, Governor or Settler. We stayed in the Governor FitzRoy room. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us, but couldn't figure out how.|Josephine (the owner) is an absolutely wonderful lady who looks after you as if you are a dying rich relative, but with love. |All your accomodation and eating needs are met with ease and alacrity.|The place is very handy to all amenities, but be careful getting there, as there are some way streets to navigate around. If coming from the south, Meehan St (off Church St) is the best access, or if coming from the north, Landsdowne St (also off Curch St) works well. Whichever way you come, turn into Inkerman St from either street then head west on Boundary St and it's on the left. You have to turn into Inkerman St as Boundary St is a one way street from there to Church St|If you stay here, you will NOT be disappointed. Don't forget to say hello to Jade and Dusty (the two caged birds), they are so cute!|Roy & Alicia Worrall|

What a lovely place to stay!||Beautiful rooms, we had a Queen room with ensuite. The bed was very comfortable. A simple breakfast with tea and coffee was included which made it great value to us. Lovely friendly and helpfull staff.||The grounds are undergoing a fix up as well the building its self but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.||If you are looking for something different and/or romantic, then this is the place. Will come again.

Location is central for shopping & entertaiment. Garden setting, trees, bird feeders viewed at breakfast. Well set out tea making facility at any time plus "homecooked cake""Harborne House is managed by a very gracious woman who will look after all your needs!!I look forward to returning as it is a handy venue for my requirements..........

Seriously awful. Link2home put me there and the caretaker took my passport and didn't return with it when I was suppose to check out. It has been 3 days since I've been there and still, no passport.
I seriously do not recommend anyone staying there. I also found illicit substances on the property, I.e: ice and also a lot of other peoples property.. I mean if they don't stay there shouldn't you Chuck it, not hoard it?..

I stayed here for one night in a Governor room with ensuite, a great aspect of history and especially being local in Parramatta, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful which is what you want at a Bed & Breakfast! Great place for elderly couples or people who enjoy history!

Was supposed to stay for two nights. Arrived at the place was standing at the door knocking and knocking for over 10 minutes no answer.. No one answers the telephone. Out the back where the car park is makes the place look like a haunted house. No up keep, looks deserted. |And now has to seek alternate accomodation.. Absolutely shocking!

Way past it's hey day. Do not serve breakfast. Host department of housing types and paroled crimes. Wendy the innkeeper is shifty as. Kicked a woman out at 1am in the morning with her baby claiming baby was not hers. I saw her breast feeding it lol. It has no TV, no internet no breakfast, no CCTV it's a dive.
