We booked in advance for a couples massage and single massage for my Mum.
Very well priced, still not sure they charged correctly. Massage was great, just enough pressure and staff were welcoming when we arrived and afterwards.
Then venue was what let them down. For such a large and expansive resort, the day spa was tiny, unassuming and not ‘day spa’

I had an amazing experience at Hands in Harmony The Ville during my stay in Townsville. From the moment we walked in the door we were spoilt. The ladies looking after us were so lovely and made us feel very comfortable. The massage was very relaxing and the products used in our facial left my skin feeling amazing and fresh. We have visited this salon before and will definitely be returning!

Very disappointed. Had a remedial massage which ended up being 2 or 3 firm stokes followed by a soft rubbing of my skin. The therapist checked the pressure which was good then dropped to a soft rub. When I asked her for more pressure she was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable to talk to her again. It was more of a rub down then any kind of muscle release. For the money this massage costs the service was very bad.

Worst massage environment I have experienced and not to a standard that a massage should be at a resort day spa. My appointment time was moved due to them double booking my original time. The room felt like it was a makeshift massage space set up beside reception. This meant throughout the massage every conversation and noise could be heard clearly from other clients booking in and discussing their concerns with the therapist at reception. This ranged from the high price charged, why the client could not use their discounts and then the persons partner turned up and the same conversations were had again, to children being in reception and getting told to sit down etc. My therapist tried to mask the conversations by turning the music up louder. Very unprofessional setting and the worst experience I have had as a person who has massages regularly. I emailed the office with my feedback and disappointment at my experience considering this massge was $150. The response I recieved back was unsatisfactory; they are renting the space and cannot change the structure of the building but would be mindful in future to keep conversations in reception at a lower noise level. No compensation for my loss of $150 and leaving feeling worse than when I went in. When I gave them another chance to offer a better solution by emailing them letting them know this was not a satisfactory response I received no further correspondence from them. I will no longer support this business.

Tina at Harmony is such an awesome hairdresser squeezed me in for a do for Melbourne cup, masses of curls which looked fab and had plenty of comments. In amongst it all a fellow comes in with an emergency, he had to compare a Melbourne Cup do and his shaver had broken. Didn't phase Tina at all, quick as a flash and calm as a cucumber she set him up while continuing with my curls. She is so generous. Highly recommend Harmony.

I received a voucher to have a massage at Hands in Harmony at The Ville Resort & Casino and I highly recommend it. Calm and soothing atmosphere, the friendly staff were very accommodating and made the whole experience very relaxing. Easy parking and access to the spa with wheel chair accessibility. I loved the experience and I would absolutely go again.

My masseuse Leticia was awesome! I was fully relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage. The day spa's location had breathtaking views outside. Would definitely go again for another massage.
