No communication on the day about inclement weather. ‘Additional tents’ for maybe 2% of attendees, ‘extra ponchos’ which can’t be sold because EFTPOS isn’t working (but is fine on the bar!) and haven’t started more than an hour after the set time, despite being set up yesterday.

Also no South Australian beers, but that seems insignificant at this point.

Never received the email for the ticket refund option. HP said it was moshtix fault. Moshtix said they sent the email... mates received their refund email. Even showed an email search history of "moshtix" to HP/Moshtix which was ignored.
