AVOID this place. Absolutely disgusting. We Booked two rooms through booking.com thinking that usually booking.com ties up with the provider who has decent rooms, but it turned as a nightmare. We stayed overnight at the property. Could not sleep at all whole night cause of bad smell of the cigarettes and toilet. I travelled with 80 years old uncle and 3 and 8 years of little kids and my wife. The horse stables might smell better than those disgusting rooms. Yuk!!!

I felt sorry for my families and thought I had given them a big punishment.

At the mid night went to servo to buy air freshener to minimise that disgusting smell.

Toilet seat was cracked, sticky carpets, broken tap...and may more. If I write down every single item, this page won't be enough.

In my entire life, I never stayed in such a property.

Booked a room, no pin sent for access. Rang wanted more details to get the pin. Just too hard to deal with. Probably dodged a bullet looking at these reviews. Unless you like a run around don’t bother.

Absolutely disgusting property. The room was uncleaned at check-in and had food wrappers, dirty sheets and wet towels everywhere.

Smelt like it had been left in this state for days.

So you get what you pay for...
The pros....it was cheap
It had a communal kitchen so that also helped with a budget.
The cons
Not enough parking, not the cleanest place I have stayed but hey, I camp so all good. As long as you aware that you get what you payed for you won't be dissatisfied. Maybe check the remote control, ours did not work because the batteries were flat. The TV is not sensibly placed in the room either.

Customer service is very very very poor! Too bad! I will never book it anymore!!

First of all, I booked a room for four nights, but when I arrived at Alloggio, I was not told how to get my room key and the customer service call was completely blocked. Finally, the tenant provided me a number so that I could connect to the customer service and got the key, which wasted me a lot of time.
Secondly, customer service attitude was very bad. I had booked a room for four nights, but I was asked why I hadn't returned the key rudely. I clearly told the customer service that I was very busy and inconvenient to answer the phone. However, the customer service refused to accept my request to call her later, with a very bad attitude. Is this Agoda's problem or Alloggio's problem? Why don't you check but just call me directly?

Stay Away from this place!!

Not sure where to start! I have done the booking a month ago providing card details.

Later when I arrived the place at 10:30 at night the drama begins. Apparently they have 3rd party call center. Call centre informed me my debit card was declined auto payment at that moment. I transferred money in my account within few seconds and requested them to try again. Call center informed me that the management will process the payment and then let me in.
Almost an hour passed. They made 4 of us wait outside for an HOUR(!) outside when we were all tired. Several times called and the call center kept saying they are still processing payment.
Finally got in after the efficient !! management process the payment in a very old motel.
Toylet flush makes terrible noise, pretty bad situation. The wardrobe is probably 80 years or more old. Overall really really bad evening for a night sleep.
Did I mention bugs in the bed?

The outside looked nice but unfortunately, I never got to go inside. I attempted to check-in at 11 pm. I was told that I had not received my check-in code because I had not provided my number. After being put on hold for half an hour they said that they had no record of my booking despite me having received an email confirming my stay. I asked them to please find alternative accommodation as it was very late at night. They basically said we cannot do that and hung up. Would not recommend staying with this company because of their appalling customer service.

Do not book here! We walked in a only stayed about 10 minutes. The whole place stunk of cigarettes and poo, we felt genuinely Sick after leaving. After attempting to complain, we couldn’t even get a hold of anyone to get a refund. Terrible place
