Despite being only being 8 yrs old the place has been renovated. It has been quite well done with the renovations. The place is situated within close walking distance of the main street of Hamilton.|The room was spacious for the main area and the bathroom, and came with a large balcony. The bed ( queen size) was very comfortable. Lots of appliances and utensils came with the room so in room meals could be prepared. |The electronic password system for the garage , access into the building and a different password for the room made it a very security conscious place.|The person who dealt with my booking, Harry, could not have been more helpful at answering all my questions prior to my stay.

We stayed here last night! The communication with the booking office was very good.
But! Unfortunately we had issues !
Because of the location, off street parking is to dangerous therefore you have to pay the additional $25 for garage parking so add that into the Accomadation cost when you consider booking .
All access is via door codes which are sms to you this seemed to work ok . But I was concerned that the locks are all push button codes which probably don’t get changed very often so we were concerned about security . From previous

The spare pillows smelt because the cases hadn't been changed the ceiling fan
over the bed was so noisy we couldn't use it.
The carpets was covered in stains there were dust mites in the bed the bed cover and the carpet .
Every 40 minutes there was a knocking noise coming from the ceiling near the door this went on all night . ( no idea what that was)
In summary this place wasn’t worth the money .

Room was okay, staff was terribly rude. Spoke to the manager 'Laura' after our stay and she was incredibly condescending when I brought up issues regarding our stay and the booking.

Laziest sorry excuse for staff I've ever met in my life. Room had a retched stench of bleach throughout the entire apartment in addition to outdated TV'S a comical lack of outlets for a 2 bedroom apartment, would never recommend staying here

Great location but wasn’t notified until day of booking that had to pay $20 a night for parking. Good if you’re in a group but quite expensive.
We booked the two bedroom apartment which was very beautiful, with a private balcony, laundry, dryer (washing powder provided) and dishwasher.
Not as clean as it could be but clean enough. Love the little biscuits provided (yum!) and great to not have to worry about losing a key as it’s just codes. Also like the little bottles of shampoo etc provided, really nice smelling 👍🏽

Be warned!! Myself and my work partners have had to stay here twice in Mid 2024, both the Newcastle Location Apartments in Hunter Street and also the Hamilton Location apartments, 101 Denison St, Hamilton NSW 2303 (same company). Both times all three of us have had very poor experiences with the telephone and admin staff. They kept ignoring our messages on booking com and also kept ignoring our emails sent to res@jev we required tax invoices and multiple times got ignored. When we eventually got through there was zero apologies and just told to call them and not bother with emails or booking com Highly unprofessional the way the staff literally ignore written communications several times over last 2 months . the hallways are very noisy too, no staff monitor them ever so if any issues your on your own. BE WARNED.

Rooms on front noisy that's if you can access. There is no office staff. When you call, you're given 3 codes, one for garage, one for foyer and room code.
The code for garage did not work even after repeated requests. If the cleaner had not been on site, we would never have got into our room. Stay somewhere else.
