Very dirty, concerning for personal health. We called to suggest a room change or clean. They did a basic room service cleaning, which was good but not good enough for clients to continue living. I will give it a rating of one-star. I hope the manager/owner will do something about the cleanliness of this place moving forward for other customers.

The room was ok. Good shower. But the last thing you need after a long trip and a late night is to mock around trying to get someone on the phone and fill pre check in forms online just because they don't have a receptionist to greet and process check in on site. No lift and no staff to help with heavy luggages take it up to the room when the only way up is through the stairs. The room was already paid,why can't they just email the access code on the day of booked stay, if they don't have a receptionist on site.

Room inclusions include free condom wrappers from previous occupants , and milk opened for you convenience also by previous occupants, artwork of mascara on pillows, and free gym workout as there are no lifts. In other words, the room was not cleaned, very disappointing experience and no contact from managers regarding the complaint.

Appalling service, early check in was prepaid and told would have to wait till 2 pm, after a few phone calls allowed in at 11. Room doze good but condition is very poor and the bed needs to be thrown out. The springs were digging into my body. Curtain single doesn’t cover the window, staff have poor knowledge of English so little help. The caretaker was the most courteous and helpful. Would not waste the money, much better options if paying full prices

We stayed at the Hamilton Brisbane Airport Hotel to be ready for an early flight the next morning. Location is literally minutes from the airport so it’s great. It’s an unstaffed property, meaning that check-in was all done online and entry was via keypads with provided codes. That part all went well. They send you the details an hour or two before check-in time on your day of arrival. All good so far … but when you get inside your room (after hauling bags up flights of steps - there are no lifts), you see that they’ve attempted renovations on a budget, but it seems the budget might have dried up, because there are unfinished pieces of work everywhere. Nothing dramatic, but enough to leave you wondering why you’ve spent similar money to the other motels in the area, all staffed and with finished rooms. The pros - room was clean, communication was good, it has a restaurant (which was closed over Christmas & New Year), there’s a pool, and parking is free. The cons - unfinished reno work, no table in the room, noise (from Kingsford Smith Drive), basin, the bathroom basin is installed high (my other half isn’t tall), the TV remote had no battery cover so the batteries had been taped in. On the positive side, I did send them a message about the remote and someone turned up and replaced the batteries, but still left them taped in to the original remote. Also, no Channel 7 stations were receivable - the rest were fine. In summary, if you don’t really care, you’ll be OK with this place.

After a trip not turning out as planned, I was stressed after reading the reviews of people not being able to get into the hotel. We were getting into brisbane late at night with kids in tow. However everything worked as it should without any drama. The rooms were tidy, dated but this was only ever a place to rest our heads overnight and served its purpose.

Never stay here. Photos on the website are from 20 years ago.
Rooms are so horrible and noisy! You can hear people above and on both sides. Never mind the cars coming and going ALL night!
And they charged me $180 for a night!
The restaurant was good. Great service, reasonable prices, and good nachos..

Honestly this was a complete disappointment. The website pictures really mislead you wen making a booking. We booked 2 deluxe interconnecting rooms for 4 adults (not couples). The website indicates at least 2 beds in each room. When we arrived the rooms were small, average (at best) very normal looking motel rooms with one bed each, tiny toilet and shower. Hardly deluxe. The only factual thing was that they were interconnecting, which was just as well because the door code for one of the rooms didn't work and so they only way in was through the other room. We had to purchase blow up beds just to make it work. For that price, there are far better options.
