Finding Eva and Spinal Flow has been wonderful for me at my later stage in life. After a session with Eva i always feel lighter and more balanced. I now go every fortnight for what i call maintenance.... I feel it helps my body regulate itself and i feel like i'm walking on a cloud after my session.

I came across Eva and Spinal Flow by accident, and all i can say is Wow! After years of withholding a lot of emotional issues and not putting myself first, Spinal flow helped me heal. Eva is so insightful and her gentle approach made me so comfortable i was finally able to relax and let go. I would recommend Eva anyone wanting to make change in their lives.
