We had a beachfront caravan powered site with water
Cost of $55 @ night is toward the top end but worth it for location
Public toilets about 400metres away, none on site.
A round of golf per day included for any golfers, only 9 holes but different tees so u can play 18.
We didn’t stay in rooms, but they do look a bit run down, pity the place needs heaps of TLC, but at a huge cost I would say to get it to a good level.
Tina was helpful and friendly each time we spoke with her.
Hope they can get an input of funds to update, this place could be amazing

We stayed in the caravan park, our second time here. This park seems to attract family orientated people and grey nomads, we pretty much could leave your gear out and go for a walk on the beach, and it would still be there when you back. Kids could ride their bikes around and all were aware of them. A very peaceful park, with no late night revellers.
It was full, but not over crowded over Easter and we met some lovely people.
Tina ( owner), was very accommodating and easy to speak to.
Grounds are well kept and the golf course is pretty good too.
Price wise, for power and water hook up, it's good value.
Being self contained is a must, as the toilet block is locked when owners leave. There are public loos 400m down the road.

I booked a cabin very last minute and appreciated the busy Easter break ended Tuesday and the approaching Anzac Holiday however with 10 hrs drive ahead I was looking forward to a reset and clean clothes!

I booked accommodation such as this rather than a motel as motels rarely have laundry facilities or kitchens. And the peaceful surrounding scenery and nearby beach was a draw card!

To find the washing machine full of water and not powering up, no toilet paper available due to a water leak under the bathroom basin and bedroom lights and fan switch broken including not being able to unpack my car as outside light also broken, was just so frustrating and disappointing.

These things should have been checked prior to cabin being made available.

Owners were very responsive addressing my concerns and I appreciate it.

Always a wonderful place to stay. Stunning scenery and so much wildlife. We enjoyed playing some golf and we mainly had the place to ourselves which was lovely. Restaurant not operating is not an issue for us.

We intend to stay two nights at the park, but WOULDNT recommend Evan one! We attended the bar to have a feed for tea and a few beers as you do when you try and support "locals". We had noticed the menu quite simply. which wasn't the biggest deal. The fact that we waited 1 hour an 20 mins for meals and then my husband asked for a refund and got response from the owner like " that's just a low ball acted" and called name like "slum", then was told to leave the property. this is very uncalled and then processed to tell me that if it was anywhere else I would of been waiting 2 hours wait for a feed anywhere else. once I got my refund we pack our van up at late hours of the night, just for asking for a refund because we waited so long. The owner should be very ashamed of her self for carrying on the way she did, I'm glad the other people seen it and left because they don't deserve anyone's time.

Have only stayed in the Caravan Park so can't comment on units. 9 hole golf course part of complex. Complex is dated but well run
Right in beach with swimming enclosure. Gr8 for kids of all ages. Golf course has water and bunker challenges but suitable for all levels. We have stayed 5 times in last 2 years and will be back.
If you want false, go elsewhere, for good all round, clean and INEXPENSIVE, come here.😊😊😊

This place is run down and dirty, mould everywhere, gutters falling off cabins, TV not working, wifi not available, restaurant not operational, owners locked up and took keys to the toilets at 5 pm so no one had access, owners were rude and abusive. It has nothing going for it at all. Grass was overgrown, mozzies everywhere, pond/ water feature looked like a swamp, ceiling falling down above the bar. Garth and Tina the owners should definitely not be in hospitality no people skills what so ever

Old, worn down facilities in cabin. Beautiful surrounding beaches but the tired cabin let the stay down. Air con had one very loud setting and cooker barely worked. The worst place of our two week road trip.
