Few Staffs were very unfriendly. I went with my two friends on 16 Dec to rent a Dolly. Staffs on the service point told us that the renting is not possible ( even though it’s available there). After calling a friend who already rented it, we found out a Dolly in rent. We asked a staff what’s the procedure and he told us to go service point. There was an old women ( in 60s) whom I told I wanted to rent the Dolly and SHE SOUTED SUDDENLY at US that I cannot take it as it is and need a rent contract from a particular department. OK thanks for the info but how would a customer know without asking ? If staffs are not well informed how can a customer know Why should she shout at a customer ? May be coz we looked non natives Why The customers are not valuable here ?

Good selection and reasonable prices. A bit too far out of the way if you don't have a car, since the bus from the nearest train platform only comes once an hour. Plan accordingly.

Totally incompetent and unfriendly employees! Asking two employees for some informations but none of them are really willing to give you an appropriate answer neither motivated to show you anything. Try to get to another branch!!
