We stayed here for a week, would not go back ever. The service was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Room smelt weird and we had to open all the door to try and freshen it up. There was a white stain in the carpet when we arrived and we got charged $300 for it after we left! Was told the carpets would need to be deep cleaned. The mark was there when we arrived but the man was very rude and abusive and refused to refund us. There is alot of great places to choose from on the Gold Coast so I would definitely stay elsewhere. Location was good so it gets 1 star and 1 star for the view. Minus 5 for customer service. Pool was freezing!

Great apartment in a great location! I was nervous after reading some poor reviews and in all honesty if you want to nit pick at things you’ll find something but for us It was perfect for what we needed for a week stay. All basics provided and plenty of shops close by for anything else you might need. Check in was easy. We stayed on level 20 and the views were amazing, the ammenities were perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. We take our own blankets and pillows where we can so we were very comfortable, the beds were comfortable.

With such high volume turnover my only suggestion would be to get rid of the small cushions or have changeable covers as they had a lot of hairs stuck in them. We noticed how busy check out time was for the lifts which is out of anyone’s control, it doesn’t reflect poorly on the agents, there’s 50 floors of residence with 4 lifts so you need to expect delay during check in/out periods. We packed our car the night before and just kept what we needed which made it a lot easier, when leaving I would suggest getting in any lift (up or down) and just riding it out till you get to the floor you need otherwise you’ll be stuck on your level for a long time.

We stayed for two nights with friends and our kids. We checked in around 5 pm, went out for dinner, and came back to discover the air conditioning wasn’t working. Since we had little children with us, including an 8-month-old baby, we called the provided emergency number. The person we spoke to informed us that nothing could be done until morning, as all staff had gone home. It was incredibly uncomfortable staying with young children in such heat.

To make things worse, no one checked in with us until the afternoon the next day, though thankfully the air conditioning started working in the morning. Additionally, the apartment was not very clean. In the kitchen, there were no dishwasher tablets, and the dishwashing liquid was nearly empty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Perfect place to stay, Great view, Clean unit and comfortable beds. Everything we needed for 4 nights stay with Family. Washer and Dryer is great as well. Checking staff very friendly and helpful.

Actually, I was quite underwhelmed and dissatisfied. The only good thing about this place was the view. For the money we paid to stay here it was actually ridiculous. This was not at all luxury. This should definitely not be rated a 5 star hotel whatsoever! The apartment was run down there was dirt, marks, stains everywhere! The aircon was broken! We couldn't even use the doors for the balconies in the bedrooms! There were no fitted sheets on the beds. The mattresses were absolutely disgusting!! Not to mention the ridiculous cleaning fee we were charged upon booking later to find out we had to do all of the cleaning or we would be charged a second cleaning fee! They do not replenish towels without having to pay extra! The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable! This was the BIGGEST letdown the photos on the website are majorly edited, and the room looked NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to the pictures. I would never ever return to this place by far the biggest rip-off!

Zero service , poor room condition. Room is too dirty. You will start feeling disappointment as soon as you enter the parking lot.
No one will pickup your call even if you call 30/40 times.

If no one cares about reviews , just go for it , i am 100% sure you guys will end up writing reviews like this one.

I never write bad reviews but this definitely deserves one.

I had an apartment booked from the 19/06/2024 - 23/06/2024 and had to check 2 days early due to having to go back to Melbourne asap. I was told the bond would be manually cancelled ($300) upon me leaving. Today the 24/06/2024 at 1pm I attempted to contact via phone call regarding the bond, the first number on their door had no answer. I rang the second number to be answered by an Asian male telling me to not call this number at all regarding anything (this number was posted on the office door to contact) I then asked who do I call if the phones were off and he told me to go away and basically stuff myself and hung up on me. I would avoid this company at all costs. If you are the owner who spoke like that over the phone towards me I suggest politely pulling your attitude together and strive for good customer service.

On a positive note, Chelsea one of the workers there is extremely helpful and sorted the bond out for me straight away.
