THE PORTION SIZES ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY I asked for a regular loaded nachos and I get a big box of air with nachos on the side. We asked for extra brisket but we barely got any for 20 dollars seriously?

This has to be one of the best, if not the best GYG in Australia. It should be the training centre that all other staff learn from. Staff are friendly, fast, efficient, respectful. The store is clean and well presented. Any quiet period or break in traffic there is at least one person in the dining room cleaning and greeting every guest asking for feedback to genuinely improve and create customer satisfaction. It’s just a damn shame it was the first store I tried GYG at, because it created way too high expectations

When we got there it was pretty dead. Lots of parking. Doesn't seem to friendly for kids. They have toilets.

The food wasn't to expensive but I must say their coffee was awful. The food wasn't fancy but it was delicious.

the place and food is good but the staff is rude. I came in and asked for washroom , as you guys are open till 10 so all you service should be available.
a gentleman gave me access but a lady said from behind that we are not allowed in washroom because it cleaned.
what's the point of cleaning if you can't let customers use it
if so then you can clean it and lock it for whole day so it won't get dirty.
atleast washroom should be accessible as a person might need it and any point. what's the point of having it then
it was very rude that you say so in front of customers that washroom is cleaned so you can't use it.
please do look into it as I myself find it a bit rude.

Not entirely on the store here but here we go. Ordered on the app for delivery. Hr later food shows up drink hot as hell bag torn open and food open an what appeared half the wifes food eaten along with one of my burritos half torn opened. Reported it through there uber help. Long story short GYG customer support ( guest experience
or whatever call it) Georgie wrote back. Despite clearly via screenshots of conversation with uber etc decided they will only refund the Guacamole as per uber even though screenshots I responded with clearly stated full refund due to food tampering. Piss poor customers service team at the email end. Funny how they become none responsive after providing evidence also of the conversation. 1 star will not get again sadly. What pisses me more was the order was close to a hundred dollar order recieved it and food cold an half eaten/ opened. So beware if ordering delivery there is currently a driver in the area who may eat your food before receiving.

Went there for lunch on Saturday 28/12 and the customer service was unmatched. An employer greeted us and gave my daughter a GYG drink bottle, once I ordered online the male asked for my order number so he could bring it over to us & then checked to make sure everything was good. He was so welcoming and so kind.

Great food, excellent service from the staff here, clean, and the cafe is open till late so it's easy to get some food at night.
