Too good 👌. GYG never disappoints. Fast service, bright and tasty food, great portions, generous on the guac. Thank you for opening up shop in Enoggera 🙌🙌🥳🥳🥳.

The service was fast, but the quality and quantity were lacking compared to the Albany Creek branch. I ordered the Nachoose fry and chicken, but there were too many fries—about three-quarters of the portion—and very little chicken. I'm not satisfied with their service; it wasn't worth what I paid. I won't be returning, as the food wasn't tasty either.

Train your staff better!!! I go through the drive through. Order a mini–Chicken Nachos, comes out with sour scream (which it's not supposed to have, and I can’t eat). I give it back and wait for the correct order to arrive. Drive home only to find they I have been given fries with chicken and guacamole on top instead of the nachos. How the hell do you stuff the order up twice!!! You don’t have a phone line so I can’t even call to complain.

Waited in the drive through for at least 35 minutes to order, ordered our food, waited to pay, double checked our order and right as we go to pay they tell us no phone payments. At least have a sign out so people don’t waste 40 minutes for nothing.

I’ve tried it thrice since opening, always ordering a spicy chicken cali. Gotta say the food was awful every time. Your fries were cooked in old oil and tasted bitter. Chicken was burnt to within an inch of its life. Salsa varied each time. Rubbish and waste of money

I’m a bit disappointed as this is the first issue I’ve encountered in six years of buying from GYG. I ordered a breakfast meal with coffee through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. However, I was informed that my coffee couldn’t be prepared because the machine was having calibration issues. For a store that’s been open less than two weeks, this is quite unexpected. I had to settle for a bottle of instant water instead.

Live local and have given this place three shots since opening thinking perhaps they just needed some time to get going - unfortunately, each experience has been worse than the one before.

My partner called by to collect herself a crispy chicken taco (only eats chicken) ordered in person at the counter, picked up the meal and walked home to find beef - a completely inedible mean for her and impossible to understand how the error occurred (labels correctly had chicken).

Then after a trip through the drive through to grab two cali cripsy chicken burritos, thats it - entire order. Both wrong, one missing guac and both having normal chicken instead of the crispy.

This morning the worst of them all. Local coffee shop is closed thanks to the impending Cyclone - we thought we'd give GYG a shot for a coffee and a quick breakfast. Burrito was average to say the best, my partners avocado toast was more so soggy avocado bread and the quality of the avocado was lets say leaving a lot to be desired. The coffee, was literally horrible - tipped mine out.

I dont expect high, high quality food from a fast food venture, but I expect to at least get correct - edible, food. Its been nothing but a waste of money. As a local, with the place within walking distance, I wont be back.

Service was extremely slow and inefficient. The order took 20-25 minutes to arrive.
Food taste was also not that great, it’s not serving the GYG values.
Defeats the purpose!!
