My experience with Amanda from Gut Harmony has been amazing. I’ve had 4 sessions now and my stomach feels light and no more bloating pains. She creates a safe and nurturing environment. She explains everything in detail and is constantly massaging your belly and asking questions to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I can’t recommend this business highly enough. First and foremost, Amanda really makes you feel comfortable and you can see she really cares about the welfare of her clients! I have now had Colon hydrotherapy 8-9 times and it has really made a difference. I can honestly say that my bowel habits have improved dramatically, becoming more regular and substantial. I currently attend once a month and I feel it’s well worth it. They are very proactive in ensuring the customers are getting the results they desire with follow up emails

Amanda is a true 'belly wizard'. Highly experienced, dedicated, caring and respectful. Apart from operating the water flow during the session she supports the releasing process with a belly massage that gets things going, all in a professional and safe setting. Can highly recommend.

It was honestly just luck that I decided to go with gut harmony but it was the best decision I have made! Amanda was such a calming energy and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I walked in feeling unsure and nervous but by the time the consultation was over I felt very calm. Had the Colon Hydrotherapy for the first time, Amanda was amazing she explained everything thing in detail before going into the room. Once set up for the Hydrotherapy Amanda carried out the process and explained every thing that she was doing. Felt so good after it will 100% be going back.
