My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Guest House on Hyde for our anniversary. The décor is stunning. They have done a wonderful job in renovating this beautiful old home with the care and attention it deserved. ||The Guest House is perfectly located in the main street with everything just a stroll from the front door. Speaking of the front door, a lovely touch was the personal welcome message waiting there for us upon arrival.||We were greeted by the owner, Wendy, who went out of her way to make sure our stay was just perfect. She took our breakfast selection for the following morning and gave us excellent suggestions for an anniversary dinner that night. We arrived home, later that night, from a great meal at "Charlies" to find the fireplace alit and a beautiful warm guest lounge waiting, with complimentary port and chocolates.||Our breakfast the next morning was worthy of a 5 star hotel. Fruit, yoghurts, tea and coffee and our selected delicious hot breakfast. All beautifully presented with fine Royal Dalton china (there's theme here you'll understand when you arrive)||Cafes and restaurants are all top notch and you really can't go wrong with finding something to suit your palate. ||I cannot recommend The Guest House on Hyde highly enough. We'll definitely be staying again.

Lovely B & B close to Bellingen village. Wendy and David were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. It is a place to be spoilt. Very good breakfast before we got back on the road, the little touches made a big impression. Easy accessible parking out the back, would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely lovely from the 4 poster bed in our room, the crystal glasses & the fine bone china at breakfast. It was a little touch of elegance in our plastic world. Don't change a thing. Perfectly cooked omelette for breakfast, good coffee which was piping hot. Wendy & David are lovely hosts.

It is a convenient spot for an overnight stay. Room was small but spotless. Tea/ coffee making facilities and bar fridge in room were handy. The most memorable was the breakfast served outdoors. Very tasty omelette and beautifully arranged fruit! Parking is available just outside at the back of guest house.

I recently spent 2 aboslutely delightful nights at Guest House on Hyde Bed & Breakfast in Bellingen. The welcome message on arrival, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, my superb breakfast and the outstanding hospitality of owners Wendy & David, were faultless. Wendy made me feel so at home and provided so much local knowledge about the local must do restaurants, cafes and shopping. I will definitely return and would recommend Guest House on Hyde to all looking for exceptional service and value.

A delightful stay in a beautifully appointed, renovated, well located old home. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Wendy is a generous host and provides an exceptional breakfast. We enjoyed sitting by the evening fire in the comfortable lounge room. This would be our first choice if we return to this friendly, quaint town.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. A beautiful olde world charmer with so much detail given to the interior from the furnishings, the beautiful cupboards of Royal Dalton to the little nick nacks placed around. ||The lounge area has some delightful games on the coffee table plus magazines and books to read. ||Outside to the beautifully landscaped swimming pool, dining under cover outside plus stunning gardens. ||The bedroom had a beautiful and comfortable four poster bed, a charming dresser with crystal decanter and glasses, the electric coffee machine, a very wide selections of teas and Royal Dalton to drink it from. Air conditioner in the bedroom was silent. The breakfast was five star and served with freshly squeezed orange juice. Ample off street parking out the back and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants if you choose to do so. ||This beautiful establishment was spotlessly clean throughout and the hosts an absolute delight. Thankyou Wendy and David.||We'll definitely be returning.

Host Wendy provides comfortable, well considered amenities and delicious breakfast on her lovely garden verandahs. I was grateful for the attention to my irritating intolerances. An additional interest is her beautiful porcelain collection. Highly recommended.
