I've had excellent burgers and chips here and l have endured a burger the truffle most expensive standard burger that a 1st night on the job McDonald's trainee would have aced compared to what I was served up. The chips reheated better used to fill in gaps on wooden decking.,..slow lost my appetite waiting only to get average at best burger and chips not fit to eat even my dog turned his nose up.
But on occasion l have had 5 star food here the almighty burger and chips have been brilliant but consistency is a shocker probably because sometimes only children run the place with no senior manager to quality control or teach gourmet food..I did months ago give a 5 but last two times here were disappointed to say the least check photo of when they get it right

Went to get the double protein offer below, they were out of traditional & then didn't honour the promotion as it was only one the bread or protein. I explained I was after the double protein I would've chose that.

A staff member & manager were then rude about it & didn't care to make a solution.

I went here on Saturday and the staff were so friendly! Something happened with our order and only one burger went through, so we got chips and a burger and our drinks but I was waiting and waiting for my burger that never went through on the app! We were well looked after and Tom made sure I got my burger and had a good experience, Thank you Tom! Will definitely be going back here to eat

Staff were friendly at the counter.
Burgers were good. Chips were the worst we have ever had (not just at a Grill'd, but anywhere). Seemingly cooked/reheated several times, and then served very cold. Inedible.

Great customer service! I’ve ordered my meals several times from this store and the staff are always friendly and happy. My meals were always cooked the way I requested and tasted great. Thank you to the great manager and his team!

I ordered through Uber Eats some sweet potato chips and a build your own beef burger- Panini bun, EXTRA beef pattie, tasty cheese, cos lettuce, bacon, tomato sauce. And they messed it up. It only had ONE beef pattie. Not to mention 3/4 of the sweet potato chips were burnt and tasted gross cause of it. Then I tried to call and they didn’t answer their phone. Unacceptable.

I got the worst food poisoning from this joint . Staff are always rude not sure if the manager is full blown retarted . This would easily be the worst grilled in aus . If ya wanna lose weight and be deathly ill eat in this hell hole .
