Burgers here were good, as were the chips and mango pash drinks. The online ordering however is rubbish. Why not have the option to select guest, without having to put in e-mail details and phone numbers. Went up the counter and ordered the normal way.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Grill’d Albury! The service was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The burgers were next level — perfectly cooked with that ideal balance of a crunchy toasted bun on the outside and soft inside. Loved the use of crisp cos lettuce instead of the usual iceberg you get in Sydney — a small detail that makes a big difference. The zucchini chips were also a standout — light, crispy, and not dripping in oil like you get at other locations. Honestly, every Grill’d franchisee should visit this store for training. They’ve nailed it!

Awesome, delicious food… and quick! So great for a family with kids that want to eat out but not eat crap!! Staff are always super friendly. Highly recommend!!

I don't live locally to this Grill'd but was in the area as I took my son on a train from Broadmeadows to Albury on Mothers' Day and it is a very cool location. the food as expected is the same as it is with our local one at Westfield Plenty Valley. the service was great considering how busy it was that day. we were seated quickly and ordered via the app. my son enjoyed the burger so he now knows what the burgers are like that we will get for free on Monday when we spend $20 in store in our beloved AFL Hawks win. many thanks.

Extensive burger options. Caters for all - gluten free buns available, options for vegetarians & vegans. Fast service despite how busy they were. Lots of seating so bookings aren't required (although probably appreciated). Alcoholic drink options available. Although the gluten free burgers didn't look appetising on first look they tasted great.
Only down side is value for money could be better.

Burger was good along with the rosemary seasoned chips.

However my order got send to the wrong table, despite I was told that they checked the name of the customer on the wrong table when putting down the food, I mean, the coincidence, but you'd never know.

Worst was I had to go find out myself upon asking after 15 mins of waiting and confused how the table came after me (which was the customer that had my order, 3 people when I'm just by myself) had already finished half their meal when I'm still starving for a nice burger.
They could've simply came over and told me and I wouldn't even be upset about it, but here we are.

We went here on a Saturday night, and it was surprisingly quiet and calm for a Saturday night. The staff were friendly, and sat us immediately at a lovely spot. The food was delicious! I had the 'Healthy Fried Chicken BLAT burger' with a panini bun with cheese. The bun was soft, but crunchy, delicious. The inside was moist with the herbed Mayo, and a very generous serving of avocado. This all mixed with the beautiful cooked piece of fried chicken and fresh tomato made this burger a delight to eat. Along with the shared chips platter which was very reasonably priced (the zucchini chips were amazing), and the small healthy fried chicken bits which were dry on its own, but amazing with dips, this was an enjoyable night out with the family. Would definitely recommend, and go again myself.
