I usually don't write review & encourage local shops but this happened three times now, booked over the phone and booked going into the store, never answered phones, lady doesn't keep record of booking, always overbooked, several others sitting waiting and frustrated, people make booking, visit shop taking break from work but the Hair dresser doesn't care, make people sit in that messy shop, Lady is greedy in taking several bookings, making money & least bothered about shop maintenance or people visiting. If she is busy she should say No to booking but keep allowing people due to only hair dresser in Spring Mountain. By the way shop ladies doesn't even bother cleaning the place after each hair cut. Shop floor has hair everywhere, used tissue paper, earbuds, chemical droplets - see the pictures.

Head spa includes shampoo and conditioner wash, masque and head and neck massage. Steam soak. Rinse, more masque and face and head message again. Relaxing, strong massage. Well worth $65. Blow dry and hair straightening included. Silky, straight and soft! Thank you!

Also bought the Nak Hair Structure Complex and Hydrating Mask.

Total of $164. Hair spa and straighten was only $65. The extra products is what took it up 🥰 Will be back again! Thank you for seeing me on a Sunday and so close to Christmas! Thank you 🥰 so worth it! 🥰🌺
