This place is exactly what you'd expect to get for the price; a nice clean, comfortable motel; located just outside the city. It has ample parking what seemed like a new air conditioner (at least in our room) a clean bathroom great water pressure and plenty of warm water.

We checked in late; checked out early and therefore didn't see any staff; but they communicated well with how we could collect our key and there were no problems!

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The shower has excellent pressure, great hot water for those sore spots.
The room is basic and dated but very clean. The aircon is excellent too.
The restaurant is wonderful. Tasteful food, the Asian lady knows her stuff!
The only downfall are the kids from one of the rooms, they are constantly yelling, running around and having loud conversations making it difficult to rest in your room.

Stayed 5 nights while Husband was in Greenslopes Hosp. The room was great, queen bed and single,very tidy with lots of extras. Lots of amenities within 2ks, Hospital, Restaurant, food shops and Supermarket. Highly recommend this Motel. Price is great too.

The area was peaceful and the shops could be reached by foot. I felt protected, at ease, and comforted because everyone was so kind and courteous. The room was clean and well-kept, motel also had a complimentary laundry and dryer provided. The restaurant linked to the hotel provided a mouth-watering Vietnamese food menu which was prepared and served to excellent standards.

I stayed at Greenslopes Motor Inn way back in 2004 so the place has got a few miles on it at 2024. Its great advantage is that it's close to Greenslopes Hospital - about a $12 cab fare. It's a 1.2km walk but very hilly…an easier walk back from the hospital than to.
It's an easy walk down to Stones Corner, and IGA and KFC just up the road, plus a very nice looking chef-run restaurant actually on the premises offering a tempting range of dishes.
With the brick walled rooms it's very quiet and the current manager Ben keeps the rooms immaculately clean. I had to extend the stay at one-day notice and was moved to another room - and the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The linen was fresh and clean as were the towels, and warm blankets were also provided.
Yes, the bathrooms show their age a bit but there is some renovation in progress and the water pressure and heat in the shower was fantastic.
There's a TV and a very efficiently cold bar fridge, iron and ironing board, electric judge and toaster, coffee, tea and sugar sachets provided and a small carton of milk in the fridge.
The wifi on a secure password-provided network was prone to drop-out, apparently bandwidth problems if people are gaming.
The undercover parking is lit all night and covered by what appears to be be 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Clean, comfortable, convenient and very good value.
