Every time I see Nikki from GRMM I seem to have a different issue. But Nikki is not daunted and most recently she helped with a very sore hand/wrist. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel. I felt stiffness in my forearms as well. Nikki released this, and the pain has faded away. I have kept up the cupping on my forearm. At the Hand Therapy appointment yesterday I had NO symptoms! I can make a fist again, and do so much more without pain. Strengthening is still needed, and some pain does pop up now and again. But it is vastly different to the constant pain and subsequent loss of function that has been plaguing me for about a year! Cannot thank you enough Nikki. Angela

I am a marathon runner and have been getting regular treatment from Mignon and Nicole for the past 3 years and could not recommend them any higher. I receive needling, cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, stretching and strengthening exercises to keep me running at sub 2h 45min marathons. I get great results after treatment at GRMM.

I found this clinic in my third trimester of pregnancy in 2022 and have seen Nicole, Robina and Mignon at different times since then. I am so thankful for their expertise and skill. Treatments are exceptional with such care and consideration. Just this Monday I was on the verge of attending ED but went to see Mignon and almost cried from the pain relief after suffering excruciating sciatica.
