I stayed in room 4 just to sleep for one night and it was a completely awful night. There was a ventilation shaft from the restaurant below next to the window of the room and there was a disgusting oil smell in the room. The location is terrible and not safe, the corridors and toilets were in very bad condition. I would prefer to sleep on the street next time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Greenacre Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home.

A special shoutout to Evy, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to ensuring every guest's needs were met was simply outstanding. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations or going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, Evy's service was nothing short of exceptional.

The atmosphere at Greenacre Hotel is perfect for both a casual night out or a special occasion, with a relaxed vibe, and a well-stocked bar. The staff, especially Evy, ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout my visit.

Stayed in room 6, the welcome was good, but that's were it stopped. Maybe I was expecting to much, but someone was smoking in the toilets, the showers were not clean, one had someone's stuff in it. Would not recommend or stay again.

I visited few days back for my business trip and found this hotel at booking.com seems on photos everything good but the reality was different. I stayed room 6 was soo smelly and gross. Bed was to stinky and floor was not vacuumed. I never staying this hotel again. 🙁

Nonae is just amazing what a kind smile at the front desk with exceptional customer service. She showed us up the room and showed us around the hotel. It’s really top notch and provided all services that was required. I highly recommend this place very nice and well taken care of. I asked for the manager James to give her a pay rise but he left home early which was ashame.

This is a BUDGET hotel. I stayed here with my partner. It was not perfect but you get what you pay for. We needed a stop over for the night and this was it. You want a “hoity toity” standard then go spend the money. This is perfect for the price you pay.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights but cleaned the room once. The hotel didn’t mention that we had to share the toilets with everyone in the complex, people living in this hotel doesn’t lock the toilets when they are in it and they gave me attitude by getting angry for opening the door, I found a brown stain”on the bed sheet and tv had nothing but news on it, two showers but one shower water pressure wasn’t good and got burnt several times by the water temperature, I would recommend not coming to this hotel. When you first come in you can smell someone smoking weed every time and it makes me wanna vomit.
Parking wasn’t good cuz we wont 100% sure we would find parking.

James the manager was very welcoming, informative and friendly. There is no food service there only drink service. But there are plenty of food restaurants just outside within walking distance. All the staff were lovely. The room was cosy, but the shower wasn't working too well. Bed was very comfortable.
