Fantastic experience at Green Zebra. My partner and I shared a lovely dinner, consisting of the pork scotch fillet and lamb souvlaki. For dessert, we shared the mango cheesecake. Absolutely delicious! Both of us required gluten free options and the staff were extremely accomodating towards us. Look forward to dining again soon, cannot wait to try more of the delicious menu.

As a hospitality owner, I am very very very reluctant to write a negative review, so hopefully it could be a sign to have better staff training in general for the Green Zebra.? Our family dined in on the 29 Nov for my brother's birthday, and we came with high expectations given the reviews and the higher price point. Unfortunately, there was one staff member who had ruining all our night. It was 7:30 PM ish and despite we had food still on our plates and folk (yes, we were literally still eating), the waitress keep repeatedly came and asked whether she could take my plate away. After interrupting our entree, she came back again THREE times when we were having our main and as you can see in the photo, it is a very big meal to finish and we need to take our time to eat! I tried to find excuses for that behaviour because maybe they need to close early (?) but no, dirty tables are lying around the place not closing after late we believe. Finally, she decided to interrupt my dessert and that’s it! We gave up completely and decided to end our meal quickly and ran away!

I noticed the manager was running up and down and clearing and setting up table, so perhaps this experience would not have happened if the waitress channelled that energy on other matters. However, this negative feeling pulled down everything we tasted that night! The cocktail is bland, the meat is dry and many other little details. Once again, we won’t be returning despite a very lovely location, but I hope the manager can see this comment can be beneficial for the business and other customers.

Green Zebra perfectly blends waterfront views, tiki torch ambiance, and a menu that knows how to impress. We shared the Butcher’s Block, a meat-lover’s dream with wagyu steak, chicken supreme, lamb souvlaki, pork, and a chickpea salad for balance. Every bite was perfectly cooked—the wagyu tasted great with a jus sauce, the chicken was juicy, and the lamb and pork were packed with flavor. Generous enough for three, but you’ll still fight over the last piece.

Desserts were equally impressive. The chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce was rich and indulgent, while the deconstructed mango and passionfruit cheesecake brought a fresh tropical twist.

With its modern Australian vibe, tiki torches, and water views, Green Zebra feels like a mini holiday. Great food, great setting—highly recommended!

First time at this restaurant. Very impressed and highly recommended. Great location. Great food. Wife had the pork steak and it was melt in the mouth. Packed with flavour and fresh salad. I had the spanner crab and king prawn chilli spaghetti. Very tasty. I felt a little light on the spanner crab but nonetheless I highly recommend this dish. Will definitely be back.

Common mum and daughter lunch spot. Also my mums wedding distinction! Always lovely when we come here, staff are beautiful, great view, and food is amazing
