We love a road trip to the Willow Tree Inn, it's been 11 years since we were last here and it is still fabulous.

We love the chalet rooms out the back, a great size and very comfortable.

The meal at Graze is outstanding, but sadly I didn't get any pics of the food. But it really is delicious and service was awesome.

Beautiful place in every way. The staff and their attention to detail made our anniversary weekend very special. The food was amazing and it was nice to have a short walk back to the most comfy bed in the king room. We were wow’d by the decor and the rustic feel the pub has to keep with the historical side of the building. We will definitely be back and recommend.

We spent 1 night in a cottage and had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Would definitely return. Comfortable beds, excellent steak.
Check-in is with the bar-maid and her communication skills are fine for ordering a beer, but could be more welcoming for accommodation guests. There is a septic odour outside the accommodation, which is unpleasant. Might stay in the hotel rooms, not the cottage next time.
Overall, well worth the visit though.

A nice place to say where the foood is fantastic and the hospitality is excellent. Best steaks in AU. The meal I had that evening rates highly, and breakfast included w my overnight just as good. Pleasantly surpised to find a place where we could stay for a single night, and not have to pay for a second night we didn't need. A real person answered the phone when I called and were most helpful as I had accidently booked in the tavern instead of the restaurant on-line. Graze is on the main highway and next to the train tracks but this wasn't as bad as you might think.

Yesterday we celerbrated my Father's 90th Birthday.
The meal was amazing. The Staff were all very professional,
polite and courteous to everyone. An amazing place for any special occasion or just a cozy meal for two.
The outdoor garden area at the back is very private and secluded with lots of room for many people. Thank you Graze for making this a special day.

Despite calling to book a quiet room not in garden / near railway that was what was allocated. A previous stay which was sleepless due to frequent coal trains throughout the night was therefore assured. Bar staff issued an apology-free refund. Ate a fabulous meal and stayed in Nundle.

Graze is a bit of an institution in the Liverpool Plains and Ranges region and so when I recently had to organise a post-work team dinner in the area, there was never going to be another choice. From the ease of booking for our party of 15 through to the excellent service and quality of the meals, Tanya, Rivka and team demonstrated to my team mates why the venue has such an excellent and wide-spread reputation. My colleagues who'd not previously dined at Graze were suitably impressed and I'm sure are already planning on stopping by when next in town. Praise to the Kitchen Team for preparing such a succulent meal :).
