Great place, friendly staff and security

I was there doing an inspection to rent an apartment and the agent/manager is so rude!
How can she say that in the building only live wealthy people and we have to behave like them? not only that but she was also very humiliating with us because "they've never dealt with immigrants before". We have lived in Australia for over 3 years and love this country as our own, we are hard-working honest people, the manager has only met us once, because of this inspection, and decided to treat us as if we are inferior. As a person who was originally interested in renting this apartment I believe that it is extremely unfair and ridiculous to have to stand this kind of discrimination just because I am not a "Permanent Resident".

Yeah... no let me tell you why. My family lives here and the rules oh... they are terrible 13 and under cant swim!?!? 16 and under cant play in the games room!! The games room has nothing in there and all there is is pool and pingpong rubbish. The building is purple and all if the old people are the body corporate witch means that luckily in 5 years they will be out of here and younger nice people can make this building a family friendly place.

Grand Mariner has probably got one of the best Lagoon pools in the Gold Coast!! Supeth views! Great inside relaxation area, spa, pool, gym, table tennis, tennis courts, snooker... It has it all! Being there when the GC600 V8 racing was on just put the cherry on the cake! 🔥
