All I can say is this has to be one of the most best receptions I have attended. Food impeccable, wait staff amazing, management absolutely brilliant none to fault. Couldn’t have asked for any other best tee reception. Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing experience.

Reception was incredible, the supervisor was amazing specially couldn’t help myself and ask about her name was Ranin she is the best I ever seen ❤️❤️ the food was up there. Really recommend this evenue

Soleen went above and beyond helping the bride & groom/ bridal party last Saturday ! Cannot thank her enough for her hard work and service ! Also want to mention Matthew as he ensure everything went well for the night ! God bless both workers ! Such a big help! Highly recommend having your wedding here! The most accommodating venue with the best service!

Experience depends on the staff member you get. Speak to Shamoon he can make things work. I was unfortunate enough to work with Teresa who called and was not very flexible nor friendly. I got a call 2 hours before my own reception and was told that there's no beers and wine in my package even though I had called 3 days earlier to go over all specifics which left me scrambling to get last minute alcohol for my own event (which I clarified earlier). Faulty services provided on the night which took me multiple attempts to get a refund. 2 stars only because of the manager on the night Matthew (thank you you're a legend and Shamoon prior to the transition)

Had a great night at Edessa. The staff made us feel very welcomed. Just wanted to put in some good words for the staff manager. Her name was Evin and she treated us with respect and made us feel very welcome. Wedding staff in other plcaes are usually busy and forget to get back to you, but Evin made sure our table was always serviced and clean and taken care of. If you wanted to book an event in this place, make sure to as for Evin for your event.
