I won't be going in there again now after 2 negative experiences. I got a dirty chai last Wednesday & Tarsha took my money & order, I was made to wait 20 min when she made coffee for 4 other people who walked in after me, then I paid with a $20 note & she took the cash & talked to someone at the counter, I said I need my change for $20 please. Then I got it after asking & finally got my drink. I was going to walk past when I saw she was there at the counter & get one down the rd, I wish I had of.
When I went in a few months ago, she spoke to me very unfriendly & rude.

Many people and their families depend on The Grainery and the staff to just get by. Your always welcome here for the free bread and adorable veges and staples.. we are so thankful for the kindness and generosity and support here.. we are blessed to have the Grainery Care and the wonderful wonderful staff here

I was in dire straits a few weeks ago, as I'm relocating to a retirment village A lovley lady Katie helped me with a welfare package it help me out immensely. I will go buy some fruit and veg before I leave Saturday Once again thanks and God bless

Lovely people who actually want to listen and help , and have supported 6 international students and my own boys who are University students by being able to afford things people take for granted like being able to afford to buy fresh vegetables and fresh fruits and sanitary items at a hugely discounted price
