I purchase Joe's apple and blackcurrant and few biscuits.. the service is very bad.. they way they serve and look down really dissatisfied and disappointed..
You guys can looks the receipt what received and the calculation she show me after I'm asking the price in receipt.. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL..

Croissant was burnt, coffee was served late nearly after we finished our breakfast. When informed the staff, she was rude, obviously had no idea how to handle a feedback. I'd never visit again.

On Saturday my dad and family went to have lunch at Grain Asian and have great service and after went to get a milkshake at their co- owned coffee place next door. My dad ordered a milkshake for his granddaughter. After he paid, he was told to go to table and they will bring it to him. My dad and mum notice that they were cleaning up the coffee place. After about 10 - 20 minutes, the milkshake wasn’t given so my dad went to see what was wrong. They just said sorry and they didn’t seem to know who would do it or not. No communication to each other and my dad waited another 5 minutes but still no milkshake was given. We paid for milkshake but we didn’t get a refund. I will never go to this cafe. But the Grain Asian Cafe that service Chinese food I will go back as they have exceptional amazing service but this co-owner coffee shop I will never ever go again. Worst service ever. Maybe you should hire other people.

Service was well below minimum standard, not welcoming whatsoever. Food and drinks were okay. I observed staff, pretty sure it was the manager, being aggressive to a customer when they delivered the wrong item to the customer. This place isn’t it.

Had a mango banana smoothie and then mango strawberry smoothie it was so good! The young girl on the counter was friendly even though i got a milkshake they were happy to fix it no questions asked and honestly i would come back here again and again just cause there hot drinks and smoothies are bomb! 💛 so good

Burnt coffee, rude staff. The barista has zero customer service skills.

They have forgotten that happy customers always come back.

Our coffee was burnt, very bitter and had separated out. The barista with zero customer skills rudely told me that is how almond milk coffee always is...

She then grumpily stirred the coffee and told me it was fine to drink !!

Having preferred almond milk for the last few years and 98% of coffees have been excellent, this was certainly an experience not to be repeated.

Clearly we were an inconvenience to her day.

There are plenty of other cafes around with trained baristas that can capably make a great coffee.

The coffee was made it too high a temperature. The maker of the coffees has minimal skills and even less customer service skills. This cafe does not deserve your business. Not recommended for catering.
