Very rude, felt rushed! Wouldn’t recommend eyebrow threading here for $20!! Definitely not worth it, it says massage included and i literally asked for it cause she was trying to get rid of me. I never treat myself so this was a one off for me, gutted I spent my money here. As a young mum I felt judged.

Was waiting to be served as there were no customers but the worker was talking to someone in her own language while I waiting. Not professional and no customer service.

Absolutely terrible service I’ve gotten. I took my sister to get her eyebrows threaded today and had no intention of getting mine done as I usually do them myself. The lady working there kept badgering me, eventually I gave in a sat down. At the beginning she told me the price would be $16 (which was a lie). It was very painful and the colour of henna she used on my eyebrows was basically black. She did not shape my eyebrows evenly, it was very box-like and unnatural looking. I literally had to hold in my laugh as I thought it was a joke. I was later chargered $60 which I was unaware of. This was my first and last time going there. Save your coins guys absolutely not worth $60. Impatiently waiting for it to fade.

Inexperienced workers who couldn’t do a simple lash removal for me today.

I’ve come in today (2 employees), asked employee 1 if I could get a lash removal (she then looked at employee 2 and asked her. Employee 2 told employee 1 to sit me down on the waiting chair). I then sit, employee 2 is working on another customer and employee 1 is just standing around. I’ve been sitting down for over 5 minutes just to be told by employee 2 after she had finished that “the service cannot be done today”. Over 5 minutes you had me wait and waste MY time due to inexperience.

I’m an occasional customer here and always leave happy and fulfilled, but inexperience is where you lack most. Do better.

My sister and I went in earlier today. She got her brows done and I didn’t. The brows aren’t the worst but not the best either. However what I’m most upset about was the service. The lady’s were so rude. We felt rushed like they didn’t want us there. The products they used were not clean or sanitised at ALL!! she used the brush and bowl of dye she has used on the previous customers and did not even wash it. The ladies laughed at my sister and kept getting mad. Not happy at all and most definitely not coming back. If you’re working in a retail/ beauty salon and are always dealing with customers. Maybe learn some manners then.

What a absolute joke this place is
Asked for lash lift and brow shape and henna.
I asked brown tint and got black.
I asked for ombré and they did not clearly!
Not to mention they aren’t even shaped the same.

Now onto the lash lift
They have over process my lashes to the point where they have shrivelled to my eyelids.

I went back to this place 3 times to complain and get them fixed and this was the final result as they couldn’t fix it.

They wanted to fix it all again but I refused and asked for a refund
They offered a 50% refund
You do the math. If I paid 140 I should have gotten a refund of $70
Nope my refund was $32

Absolutely awful, NEVER again. I’m the sister in the review below. She Was rude the entire service and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a beauty setting before. I've tried various places for eyebrow threading, but this one is my favorite! The staff is meticulous, and the prices are very affordable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
