Very dissatisfied 😒 yesterday I booked them for threading before one day of wedding party i booked them on website or on phone call as well but still they were late from the time and after that the girl name madhu she did threading very wrongly ,,too much pain then i said plese apply gel ,she doesn't apply any gel and she was waiting at the counter for payment i applied gel by myself 😞😒and now i got very bad marks on my nose. And i have party today 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Very disappointed ☹️ Can you see my face thread rashes still not gone and i hold my eyebrows very well all the time I didn't leave.and why I will stop to her to put gel everyone needs gel after eyebrow done and I told her to put gel but she didn't and she was waiting for payment on the counter that also you can see in cctv plese check first .. I know I wanted to go somewhere but i was not in rush so please don't blame on me. Improve yourself first. If you giving appointments to many customers at 9am then your staff should be available befote 9 too there was only one staff member till 9:30 that's your foult not mine.

Thank you so much for the lovely service, Aman did a wonderful job on my hair and eyebrows. My eyebrows actually match my hair colour perfectly, and my hair feels soft and smooth. I would definitely recommend this salon. Prices are also good 😊

Very disappointed, got a lash lift and tint expecting it to be good but was the complete opposite..... my lashes are really messy there's still tint in my lashes and they aren't even curled properly.On my Left eye she did a okay job and on my right eye is just very disappointing looks like only the tip is curled (most likely is) and is very messy. I'm not sure but I think she did the prosses completely wrong at the end of the last lift she got water and started scrubbing of all the product straight after she applied the tint which felt very wrong.After the lash lift and tint my eyes were bright red Am never going again worst experience ever especially for my first lash lift. I strongly do not recommend getting a lash lift from here especially if it's your first time am so disappointed wish I never went.😡 I want a refund

They got me in at a moments notice for a male back wax, excellent service and a great price!The ladies are wonderful here, very fast service, I've been a few times now for my backwards, virtually pain free and feels amazing after 😉

Very poor service, dirty and over priced!!
These guys are disgusting.. went there to fix eyes brows and get some hair treatment and hair removing around my neck.. they probably used a pre used stuff which must’ve been not clean and after treatment my whole neck and face got full of small dirty pimples…NOT Recommend them at all

I got my eyebrows threaded here for $15.
I got seen straight away, which was great, but compared to other threading experiences, it felt rushed, and she was a bit hasty with the shaping.

Komal always does a fabulous job of my hair. Threading is accurate and effective. All the staff are happy to help whenever anyone comes in. Love this place!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE 😍 The ladies were absolutely amazing and went absolutely beyond expectations with their services. Eyebrow threading was quick & absolutely perfect. I also had my very first eye lash extensions experience & the beautician was very patient with me as I could not stop flinching when anything came towards my eye in the beginning, her patients and understanding made it very easy for me to relax in no time. I also had a full colour and trim & I honestly felt like a new person when it was time to leave. Will definitely recommend this salon to everyone for their beauty needs. Thank you to all the ladies for today's exceptional service, very rare now days. My mum & I were walk ins & the ladies were so accommodating to all our requests. Waterford location amazing
