Went in as a walk in for eyebrow threading at 3:38pm was turned away due to them already having a client in the chair and as they close at 4:00pm which was understandable, continued on went to Kmart finished there and was headed back to my car I walked past grace threading around 3:55pm and to my surprise different client prior to when I walked in enquiring about appointment walked out. Also had two new clients seated and waiting in the waiting area.

Was a very distasteful experience and super disappointing as i visit often and have even tipped staff, Wont be back.

The worst service ever you could get!

Booked an appointment online for a Brazilian wax for 3:45 pm, which was confirmed and partially paid for. After I got there they couldnt find my appointment for 5 minutes and when they did, took me in to the service room. The lady who did my waxing was extremely unprofessional. She left the room wide open when she had to go out to speak to her colleague while I was sitting there without anything to cover myself up with. I wasnt even given a towel.

It keeps getting worse. The colleague after a single knock walked straight into the room while I was still in between the session.

There was no sense of privacy at all and was still charged the same amount even if I did not get the complete service I had initially booked for.

Today I had eyebrow threading and a facial with Neha, and she was just amazing and had angel hands while doing the facial. I am so happy and will be returning 😊🥰🩷

I normally love coming here and have been a lot and happy with the eyebrow threading service. Today however the lady was rude and rushed (no one was there except me). Didn’t even thread erverything. No shapijg whatso ever … very upset. Made me feel stupid while getting them done which is why I left right after she said done.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get a classic eyelash extension. I ended up with glue in my eyes and scratched my cornea. Within 24 hours I went back to get them removed and the worker blamed it on me. I then proceeded to have them removed for them to end up putting glue remover into my eye and when I called for help they were out the back. It took them 5 minutes to come back out after I was yelling.

I then had to call the owner myself because the workers didn’t know how to do a refund. Owner has agreed to the refund however had to ‘bank transfer it’. I have now been to the doctor and been told of a chemical burn to my eyes. I have extremely swollen eyes and can barely see.

Just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend them at all.

I had my eyebrows done by Ruby and she was incredibly professional and lovely to speak with. My eyebrows are quite patchy but she was able to give them shape and life. Thank you!!

Ruby is honestly amazing at what she does, she always accommodates for what works best for my eyebrows! my cousin and i always go and she is honestly great! would recommend 10/10
