Shellac nail polish applied in the salon on Tuesday was peeling and cracked 3 days later on Friday. I msgd them and advised them and wld have thought they wld have at least removed it for me as I have been attending their salons for over 10 yrs. They gave me a reply of "we are reviewing our procedures" and offered nothing else.

I have been attending this nail salon for the past 10 years! I have recently noticed short cuts with pedicures and a uninviting environment! yesterday I had a full set of Acrylic nails, I had pieces of Acrylic left on my nails which took 5minutes to remove, no soaking needed! They charged a fee of $45 for 5min! A removal fee of $45 is a soak and requires a time frame of 30mins! I did not receive this Service and still was required to pay $45! It’s not about the money for me, unfortunately this unkind, unreasonable treatment towards customers will surely bring bad Karma to this salon!

Absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to. Best quality acrylics and friendly, kind and caring staff working here. I will definitely be back soon and will recommend to everyone. The lovely lady even educated me how to care for my new nails and was very friendly. Best 5 star experience.
